Visited the salon on Tuesday, the 25th of August to have my roots retouched ready for a holiday. The salon was clean tidy and the receptionist was very welcoming. Grace assisted me with a consultation prior to starting the service. We discussed the colour and the possible possibility of it fading in the sun. Grace recommended just having my roots done today and emulsified through the ends and then looking at the fading after I return from my holidays I was concerned that the colour wouldn’t be dark enough but after washing off the colour and a beautiful cut and blow dry the colour is absolutely perfect. Grace is a fantastic stylist. The chat is easy and relaxed and the whole experience makes me feel wonderful from start to finish. Also, fantastic recommendations for product after care.

I’ve been going to Nicky for a while now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She always does an amazing job, and I absolutely love my hair every single time.
