Didn’t listen to my requirements. Was quite rough with hair although shampoo was relaxing, not very professional when cutting hair. Easy distracted. Only took 30 mins for consultation, cut and blow dry. Customer services was not as I would have expected with 1st and now only time at Derby branch.

Charlie is fabulous. I won't go to another hairdresser now. Listens to what I want, works with curls and is clearly passionate about his work with amazing results. He now does my boys hair as well. Highly recommended recommend

Dee has been cutting my hair for a year He is so passionate about his work and listens to what you want and then chatting through how he is going to achieve it with fabulous results. Would not trust anyone else with my hair .
Also a wonderful surprise yesterday to be the first to experience the new salon makeover . Wow !

Dee is a fantastic stylist and I trust him implicitly to work his magic on my hair. He has great attention to detail and I always feel a million dollars when I leave the salon!

Tyler did my colour and Lucy did my cut. I have a simple bob that just needed my colour and a trim maintenance - it’s amazing how some stylists can get this wrong but these two absolutely did not. Great colour - exactly as I asked for and the cut was perfect. Both were great company through the process, and polite and supportive to the rest of the team around them. Great atmosphere in the salon overall. They are definitely people I am coming back to see again.

Tyler really listened to what I was saying and then carried it out perfectly. He has such skill and knowledge, it made it a good experience. I'm not the most fashionable or stylish person but the staff in the salon made me feel welcome and were kind. Charlie isn’t on your drop down list but I had a second cut by Charlie. He gives me his honest opinion and tells me snippets of his training, which interests me.

He has a good sense of humour and breaks up my work day with his great company and hair skill.

Left me feeling 5 years younger and everyone at worked loved the cut.

Always a fantastic cut. Dee is super creative and highly skilled. He understands hair and your preferences, and works with you to make sure it’s a truly personal cut. His skills and talents with curly hair are, in my (lengthy!) experience, matched by none. In addition to which, he’s simply a lovely guy! Thanks, Dee - I always feel more like myself after one of your cuts! :)
