I had a very bad hair cut at another hairdresser 2 weeks ago and it was impacting my confidence. I got a rescue haircut today from Tyler and it looks amazing. I feel like me again. The trainee who cleaned my hair was very friendly and gave me an excellent head massage. Huge thanks.

Tyler has done ash blonde highlights and ash brown in my hair for a while now. He gets it perfect every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Love it and feel fabulous every time he colours my hair!

I walked in without an appointment, but I was seen immediately and made to feel welcome. Fantastic service, great haircut and lots of good advice. I wasn't rushed at all despite not having pre-booked. I arrived feeling like a scarecrow, and left looking like the star of a shampoo advert. Highly recommended!

Jessica is just fantastic, always makes you feel that she has all the time in the world and just knows exactly what suits, have been going to Jess for the last 20yrs and always come out loving my hair. All the staff are lovely and you are always made to feel nothing is to much.

Dee is a magician, I've struggled with hair cuts all my life, I have thick hair and it has a mind of it's own, I went for my first T&G appointment with Dee in July 2018 and have not looked back! I was told by a colleague last week I have a 'perfect Bob' ! I've gone a little shorter today and I now have such confidence in Dee I never worry about the result!

Being half an hour late for my appointment due to traffic, Jessica still accommodated me. Even though I i was more than happy with just a trim given the time, Jessica insisted that she do what I had come in for. All the staff were lovely. Thank you

4th or 5th time Lucy cutting my hair and shes always gets it spot on (despite my terrible explanation of what I want doing) and cuts my hair exactly how I've pictured it

No where else in Derby gives same quality of cut. Would not go anywhere else. All staff are friendly too.

I decided I needed a change in saloons I wasn't achieving the results I wanted from my previous one. I'm really glad I selected Toni & Guy, the service was excellent and staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; the prices were also decent. I highly recommend this place.

Whether I’m having a cut & blow dry or just a blow dry I always love how I feel and my hair looks when I walk out of the salon, the Staff at the salon are lovely and make you feel so welcome, my stylist Ayaka is very talented and a lovely person today she told me she has been promoted to Style Director I’m not at all surprised . Would highly recommended a visit to the salon .

It’s my second time visiting Toni&Guy and my second cut with Lucy. Each time has been a great experience and makes me enjoy my appointments, I have never really had good experiences with hair cuts so it’s nice to be relaxed and comfortable in the environment and with the stylist!

From Jessica who washed my hair to the other Jessica who cut my hair ( which helps as you only have to remember one name ) service friendly professional and exceptional

Expert advice and fantastic skill with a friendly atmosphere makes this salon a lovely experience. New to me was the relaxing music while my hair was being washed. It was so calming and like a spa experience.
