Had a wonderful cut on Tuesday by Nathan. He really understood my very thick, unruly, frizzy hair and transformed it into a lovely manageable style that I love! Will definitely be going back.

My whole experience with Toni&Guy was absolutely brilliant. I had an initial consultation to discuss a new colour. Tyler gave me really useful advice we came to a decision as to what we could achieve without a lift.

On the day the service was exceptional - all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The colour came out beautifully - very very happy with it

Ayaka is absolutely brilliant. Ayaka will figure out the way you actually want your hair to be. You never need to worry about going forward. Everyone there in Toni&Guy treat you and greet you well. Difficult to get appointment but never mind. Quality does comes with a cost.

Always love coming to Dee, fantastic hair dresser and a really nice person who is super easy to talk to. Cant recommend him enough, especially if you have curly/wavy hair

Ayaka cut my hair from a short undercut bob into a very short pixie which I'd wanted for ages but was nervous! She went really slowly and gave me lots of opportunities to check the style. Totally brilliant and very pleased with the result.

Nathan has cut my hair before so I have followed him to Toni&Guy. He cuts and styles it just how I like it. And Lucy coloured the roots today - did a nice job and she is very pleasant.

I’m not sure what the member of staffs name was but the guy who washed my hair was brilliant. Chatty and professional! Lucy was also chatty and professional and the haircut is exactly what I wanted - love it! Can’t find the same cut and service anywhere else :)

Fantastic service and love the hair

A little perturbed when I turned up at 9.50am for my 10am appointment and being told I couldn't come in because they were having a meeting. So had to stand outside in the cold till 10am. Surely the meeting can take place in another part of the salon. However once I was with my stylist things turned around. He listened to what I wanted and also explained what he needed to do to change the shape of my hair. Loved my cut!

I called this morning in the hope of someone being available and Lucy was. I’m so glad! She made a great job of sorting out my difficult hair and was friendly and efficient. I will definitely return!

I’m so pleased with the results-my hair looks like it’s in better condition than it has in years!
