So great to be back at T&G Derby. Amazing work to make the salon safe but retain the usual professional and friendly atmosphere. Well rehearsed protocol for entry and exit, but didn’t detract from the overall experience. Well done on getting service back to normal so quickly.

A stylist who knows what would suit me - I have been seeing Sarah for years! Sarah made a recommendation with regards to the colour. She is a technician who knows what would work and what wouldn’t, and she was right. Love the colour (and cut). I trust her judgment 100%. Thanks Sarah ??

Always a lovely salon experience at Toni & Guy Derby. A friendly and welcoming atmosphere with great staff, products and I'm always very happy with the results. The team have done a great job opening again under the current circumstances with good systems in place so you feel safe and comfortable.

After 3 1/2 months of no hair cut, I was excited to go and have the much needed chop. Amy was great. She listened and made suggestions which worked out brilliantly. I left with a complete new look and very happy with the overall experience.

Dee is always very professional, with the recent COVID-19 precautions regarding extra cleaning, I felt relaxed within the environment.

Absolutely well organised and efficient man , I was made to feel totally confident and at ease around him and everything about the procedure was explained to me . Full ppe was on at all times which reasured me even more as was all the staff in the salon at present time . Layout and areas in salon well labeled /marked and cordoned off to correct distance . A very enjoyable visit ,plus my hair looks FABULOUS AS ALWAYS !!!☺?????? well done all at the salon, great teamwork

Brilliant as always. The salon is friendly & efficient. The precautions taken are first rate. You always feel well looked after in this salon. Lucy is a cheerful stylist who never rushes you and cuts so well.

Dee has been cutting my hair for several years now and he always does a great job is pleasure to deal with.

After several months of my wife keeping my hair under control, it was brilliant to be able to finally book an appointment for a professional to bring it back to normal. The booking process was incredibly easy- one phone call and I got an appt the day I wanted. I was unsure how the process would go - when I arrived the receptionist greeted me and explained everything I needed to know in terms of gown, ppe etc and quickly had me sat down. The salon was well spread out and there was plenty of space between clients. My stylist arrived wearing a visor but this didn’t stop her talking to me and chatting in exactly the same way I was used to pre- Covid. Movement around the salon was well controlled and I thought the Covid precautions were excellent. More importantly, the service and the haircut was brilliant- at least to the high standards I have had there before, in some ways even better as the salon was quieter. I was very impressed with both the salon and my stylist- well done on so quickly adapting to new legislation whilst still maintaining such high service standards. Only one build- I paid by card and asked to leave a tip (to recognise how impressed I was) and was told I couldn’t do that by card (and I had no cash on me)

Salon felt safe and everyone was very welcoming. Amazing cut by Jess who knows what suits me and gets the most out of my hair!

Felt very safe in salon- all staff very positive about new hygiene procedures. Salon looked good- busy, friendly and yet very caring. Liked having my own hygiene pack and really liked having same stylist throughout my visit.

Just had my highlights done by the amazing Sarah and had a a complimentary blow dry by the lovely Kieran! As always left feeling a million dollars! Also treated myself to the fabulous Mothers Day gift can’t wait to use it!

Warm welcome. Very clean, chairs cleaned with antibacterial between clients infection control high priority. Results always good. Not the cheapest place, going every month clearly pricey but nowhere else gets the results. Can’t change your hair like you can an outfit if it goes wrong. Never disappointed!

Clean salon and open on a Sunday. Glad that Toni&Guy are staying open despite the recent health concerns and using measures to help with this. Friendly staff.

Nathan was very enthusiastic. He listened to what I wanted and, made suggestions that would aspire to the best possible outcome. He took his time. Nathan was very friendly and calls himself as ‘Magic Mike’ lol ??. I was very pleased with the end result and have booked a return appointment. Nathan is a talented stylist.

I thought Lucy was very nice

I’ve had my haircut by Lucy a couple of times now. She’s always been super professional, really friendly and welcoming. And I’ve always been happy with the finish. She even went the extra length to style my hair the way I wanted on my birthday. Will always recommend Lucy to all do my friends. Thanks again!
