been looking for a more creative stylist ,someone who knows what looks good and can create that by talent rather than text book basic styling,1st time haircut with nathan I love it !!!

Amazing as ever. Dee is the first hairdresser I've ever had that has encouraged me to embrace my naturally curly hair. Wouldn't have anyone else now

It was my first visit, Everyone made me feel welcome and looked after. Lucy was really easy to chat with and I love my new hair colour.

Lucy was wonderful! I got the cut I've wanted for a while, where other people have failed.

Lucy made me feel at ease, making light conversation. To top it off she pointed out the NHS discount so it was even better value!

My hair is thick and strong. Through my life (61) it has been a challenge to find hairdressers that understand how to cut and style it so that I can manage it. Nathan never fails

I'm a newbie to Toni & Guy and the service and cut was a brilliant experience. Hair was cut exactly to how I wanted and Amy was great. Nice to have a real conversation with a hairdresser. Very friendly and welcoming team in the branch and excellent safety steps in place to make me me feel comfortable.

Nathan is a very competent professional and the whole team makes you feel welcomed.

Give everyone a pay rise. The reality is your stylists are worth more than your brand and really the brand itself needs to be more innovative. Personally I think I’ve found a good stylist and if they decided to set up their own shop I’d switch without a thought. Tony and guy should invest in their talent and help them setup their own salons backing them as a shareholder. This corporate monotonous franchise rubbish from pre covid needs to be buried and instead train and invest in people. Financially it makes sense having shares in 10 salons rather than having one franchise. And everyone can sleep knowing they’ve invested in and benefited people’s lives.

I have been going Derby Toni n guy for some time now the staff cannot do enough for you make u feel very safe n look after your needs. Sarah is friendly, attentive, professional incredible hair stylist never left the salon disappointed worth every penny ?xx

My first visit to T & G, great Covid measures in place do I felt safe. Becky is lovely but I felt that she really didn’t understand what I was after, basically I wanted a long layered style but my cut was literally cut straight across at the back, no layers were put in . I was done within 40 mins for a wash cut a blow dry. Disappointed for the money I paid.

First time I have visited the Derby branch and due to COVID 19, I had not had a hair cut since January.

I was so impressed with the advice my stylist Dee gave me on the way my hair should be styled so it flowed nicely. I was a bit sceptical but decided to leave it with him and I absolutely loved it, it flows beautifully and is so easy to manage now. Thank you Dee

My experience today was nothing short of perfection. From the service and measures taken during these strange times to Sarah‘a eye for detail... everything was just spot on! I really felt lucky to have got an appointment with Sarah... she went over and above to ensure the best results of my Extenso treatment. Toni & Guy are lucky to have her!

My visit to you’re salon was very enjoyable, I contacted the salon when I got home to say this, everyone so so pleasant, thank you.

Firstly, Becky was so lovely and welcoming and the atmosphere in the salon in general made me feel relaxed. My hair was so long and out of control and Becky worked wonders on it! I walked out feeling confident about my hair for the first time in months! I also felt very safe in regards to COVID and how prepared the salon was. I will 100% be coming back to this salon in the future and I would recommend it to anyone.

I would not trust anyone else with my hair. Tyler and Dee are both amazing at what they do - I always walk out looking and feeling fabulous! They are so knowledgeable and a real asset to Toni and Guy!
