Going to KH hair is not just about a hair cut - it’s a treat. The staff are working doubly hard currently to keep everyone safe, but apart from following guidelines you wouldn’t know that from the people who work there. They’re still as friendly, calm and professional as ever. The salon is shiny and clean, the staff are very smart yet trendy, the music/vibe is buzzing and the hair cuts are modern and professional. I always look forward to going. It’s a mix of old school customer service with a current and warm approach. Love it

From the moment I booked my appointment at the consultation stage I was treated so respectively, everything I wanted to talk about concerning the technical aspects of gaining the colour I wanted, was listened to, the stylus explained everything to me inclusive of if the colour wanted was achievable and the maintenance during the application.

Exceklent service in a safe environment. Ian, who did my colour, and Robert, my stylist, skilled, charming and good fun as always. Lisa is a great receptionist. Thank you all.

Great visit loved my hair always a pleasure meeting up with Nicki. In these difficult times visit still a lovely tray everyone so welcoming from reception to everyone in the salon unfortunately only thing missing is the coffee but small price to pay to be able to still visit the salon.

As usual a great haircut and treated as an individual not just a customer. Nicki is always friendly and cheerful. I felt very covid safe -no problems at all .

i felt totally safe throughout my appointment with Louise radford i wore my mask sanitized my hands on entry Louise wore a mask and visor throughout my appointment plus disposable apron .i paid using contactless card all the staff are very friendly and professional and go above and beyond with cleaning and sanitizing the whole salon throughout the visit .top marks go to all the staff xx

Robert is an amazing stylist and I am always happy with how he cuts and styles my hair.

I always enjoy my visit to the hairdressers as they welcome me and make me feel comfortable. The product selection is always considered and suitable as I have a sensitive scalp. I also believe Robert knows exactly how to make the most of my hair with professional cutting and styling.

Experience was good, Just as I expected. Its a different era now, the experience was different to before but somthing we are going to have to get used to.

Robert always makes me feel welcome and I always leave the salon in good spirits after feeling well pampered .

It was a very good experience, I had a slight change to what I had done lats time and kn the recommendation of Ian and it looks amazing, also does great cuts and the grading on the sides and back I love.
