I have been visiting here for many years and the service has always been friendly and very good.

Very professional, friendly and a pleasure to visit KH. Louise has done my hair for years and is just brilliant.

She was very friendly and professional and I thought the precautions against Covid-19 was very good.

Great experience in all regards. Obviously, the atmosphere is not as it would have been pre-Covid 19 but still as welcoming and felt very safe.

Above and beyond service, from Robert as always. Also a mention for receptionist Lisa who sorted out the appointment..As always a 5 star treatment.

It goes without saying that it was another great hair cut from Robert, but the salon has done everything possible to make things safe for everyone in this most difficult time.

Despite necessary changes the experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Linda and her team were as always very professional and welcoming. Very pleased with the result, thank you, see you next time!

Historically I have never enjoyed getting my hair done but leeanna has changed this for me by showing me that I can go with a style more natural for my hair type without having frizzy hair. Has even encouraged me to learn to do it at home myself. Cut is always beautiful and learn a is always cheerful and friendly.

Today I had my hair done by Hayley,
The salon was spotless, very very clean. I was very anxious about coming in to the salon today because of covid but I felt so comfortable and safe. It was a really enjoyable relaxing experience not having as many people in the salon. Hayley had her work cut out doing my roots they were horrific. But looks great and feels great. The garden area now looks absolutely gorgeous and is so nice to go out and have a relaxing sit outside too.

I have not been able to visit Keith Hall’s on Sadler Gate for 4 months for obvious reasons but my return there yesterday was a different but still a very positive and comfortable experience. Hayley gave me an amazing cut and colour and it was clear to see that a lot of thought had gone into making the visit there as pleasant as possible while making clients and Louise and her team as safe as possible. Great job everyone - booked my next appointment and can’t wait to see you all again!!!

Went kh hair saddlergate derby last Thursday very professional as always everything clean and sterilised .louise wore disposable apron visor and glasses whilst i wore a surgical mask everything spot on in salon and felt totally safe and very comfortable through the whole experience as i hadnt been to have my hair cut since February and i felt fab at end..well done louise radford and the whole team at kh hair saddlergate derby

Absolutely marvellous being able to get my hair styled once more. The amazing Louise did a lovely job of restyling the large volume of hair I went in with.

After a long awaited visa to KH Saddler Gate Derby. I was greeted with access to all PPE and sanitizer.
After being dressed with a disposable gown I was guided straight through for hair wash and haircut. All with the appropriate social distancing.
A very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The salon has been adapted to deal with the potential for infection which was impressive and made me feel safe and secure. My hairdresser Louise is fantastic! No other words. Lovely Hayley who coloured my hair is a delights and put my colour to rights inspite of me applying a semipermanent colour! Love Keith Halls Sadlergate. Simply the best!

I am a long standing client of KH Hair - from 1982 on St James Street to date on Sadlergate. I wouldn’t feel happy or comfortable going anywhere else. Your hairdresser is like your doctor or dentist, find one you like and trust and you stick with them. I always look forward to my 6 weekly appointments with Lisa at KH Sadlergate, I value her experience and advice. The whole experience at the salon from start to finish is always lovely, Louise and her team are totally professional and have got it just right and I always leave feeling a million dollars ?????

I visit the salon every 4 weeks for a colour (roots) and every other visit to have a trim - every visit my hair is blown dry straightened and finished.I call it my time because I can chat have a coffee and get pampered ,I love the products and the company ,everyone is very friendly and professional.
