As always - enjoyed my appointment and felt very comfortable.

I’m so pleased with both the colour & the cut that Hayley did for me yesterday, I normally feel worked up when getting my hair done, but I felt relaxed.

I was a little disappointed with my colour as Leeanna had to do it twice and it still didn't take, Leeanna did not charge me for my colour but charged me for the cut , Leeanna could not understand why it never took . I felt disappointed about the colour but I also wish I had choose a different style cut made another appointment for 4 weeks. But I must say it's not Leeanna fault.

Lovely atmosphere and welcome Ian always cuts my hair beautifully and we have a great chat!

I was nervous about the dramatic chop, however Hayley was reassuring and kept me informed with everything she was doing to make sure it was what I wanted. Excellent service by Kayleigh. She is a skilled stylist who gives help and advise. She always does a brilliant job in colouring, cutting and styling my hair. She is excellent.

I have been shielding and have been out very little during the pandemic; and although I’ve been going to the salon for over 10 years, I was sooo anxious before this appointment. I needn’t have worried. Louise and Hayley took really good care of me. The salon is spotless and the Covid safety measures in place are excellent and made me feel very safe. So pleased with the results-roots gone and a good cut!!! I feel normal again!! ?

I am so happy with my hair cut and colour! Robert knew I was both excited and nervous about having colour on my curly hair and he helped me pick a colour that looks natural whilst still giving my hair (and me) a real boost! The salon felt really safe COVID wise and it was a lovely relaxing experience!

Had been growing my hair for 2 years for a wig charity and finally it was long enough. Booked in with Louise to have my 18 inch plaits cut off and a fabulous new bob. Looks wonderful and everyone has said what a lovely job Louise has done. Thank you!!

All excellent as always - I had to have 2 appointments as I’d forgotten re a test for skin reaction to colour but this was easily sorted - I had the cut first and then returned for the colour. This was my first time back since the first lockdown and as always it was a happy relaxed experience. I have been coming to Robert for a very long time and he’s always highly professional, recommends what is right for me and everyone else is always very professional and helpful.

My stylist leeanna did a brilliant job with my hair . Listened to what I wanted and not scissor happy. I'm pleased with my layers and choppy style. Nice hair products used on my hair.

I’ve been going to Keith Hall for over 30 years now , and have really missed it during the past fifteen months .
My first cut and colour last week was a real morale booster . The safety measures in place were very reassuring , and so much trouble was taken by Lisa and Louise to give me a new look .

i have been coming to this salon for over 20 years and have never been disappointed It is truly a welcoming relaxing experience The stylists have always been attentive and very competent I love the products they use on my hair I have to say a huge thankyou to Leeanna who did my hair yesterday It was my first visit after lockdown and i left feeling great Leeanna you are brilliant thankyou so much ??

Firstly the consideration for high-touch items was fabulous; asking customers to hang their own coats up and put a gown on themselves, chairs and sinks being wiped down between clients, sanitisers available, staff wearing masks at all times, screens on reception… I was impressed.

The appointment itself was lovely. A bit of normal conversation whilst having a year of dead hair chopped off was lovely. Nicki was also really informative about products, how to shampoo my hair properly, how to blow dry it so it reduces static.

I left feeling fab with fab hair.

Sometimes the person washing my hair leans on the bowl which hurts my head...but not this time. What can I say? Simply the best head massage - ever! Thank you!

I was so pleased to be welcomed back to the salon. It’s looking fresh, clean and green. I felt so safe and relaxed, more importantly I had another great haircut that is capable of still looking good despite months of lockdown. Great to see the team again and all the new eco friendly measures in place.
