The salon has totally risen to the challenge of the pandemic and has managed to put all necessary precautions in ace while remaining relaxed, friendly and professional.

Always love my visits. Feel totally pampered every time and always get a great hair cut. What more could you ask for! Also very impressed with all the covid safety measures, so much visible cleaning on top of an already clean salon, probably the safest I've felt in a public place.

The visit to the salon was excellent, my stylist was well prepared and all Covid precautions were followed. It felt like we were back to pre Covid days a lovely lively experience I felt pampered ! Yeah! Welcome back!

Robert has been cutting my hair for over 30 years and I always enjoy my experience and absolutely love the way he styles my hair.

So good to be back to KH. Excellent service as always with friendly hairdressers that listen to what you want. The salon feels like a safe environment.

I’ve been seeing Louise at KH hair for longer than I care to remember! But as always.. it’s lovely to see her: even in these difficult times of masks/ shields and plastic partitions- which although horrible, is immensely reassuring. This last visit I even got a hot water bottle!!!
Louise always manages to fulfil my expectations- even seemingly making my short hair look longer through clever cutting. I always come away knowing I have had a good cut which is easy for me to manage at home- and I am often asked whereI get my hair cut... people comment that it looks nice- despite minimal effort on my part!
Louise is good company- will put herself out for you and manages the salon in a seemingly gentle fashion- keeping her staff long-term- providing stability for those using the salon.

This was my first appointment with KH Hair but was very impressed. Safe and clean environment. Friendly and unhurried atmosphere which added to the feeling that clients are valued. Jessica was excellent and will definitely be making future appointments at this salon.

This was my second visit to the salon and it was every bit as good as the first. Everyone was wearing masks, appropriate measures were in place to ensure social distancing. I will definitely be coming back again.

In these ever changing times, it’s so reassuring that safety standards are very apparent and maintained to a very high standard. This is in keeping with the usual very high standard you receive. Well done KH Saddler Gate.

I felt that all safety precautions are in place to enable the experience to be as safe as possible whilst maintaining a good experience.

Went to see Robert for my haircut as I have since 1986, he not only makes you look good he makes you feel good too. Absolutely can't recommend highly enough.

After a long wait due to the pandemics, I finally stepped outside for the first time today with my new hair colour, without the sinking feeling of how badly state my hair had become.

It’s amazing how the smallest of things can help rebuild your confidence, and make you feel human again.

Friendly staff, totally supportive of all my needs (hot water bottle was amazing ?).

So grateful you managed to reschedule my appointment just in time for Christmas. At least I can look good even if I can’t go out partying!!

Every time I have my hair done, Finn does an amazing job. She always advises me when I’m not sure how to have my hair she will always suggest ideas. The end result I always love, so thank you Finn.
