It’s always a treat to sit in the salon chair after work and the later opening hours on a Thursday allow me to do that. Louise understands my style so well and she always takes the time to find out exactly what I need. After a relaxing head massage, refreshing drink and a friendly chat I feel revived knowing the excellent cut will last until my next visit.

Kayleigh is both thoughtful and professional in her approach to creating what the client wishes. She successfully & subtly combined my grey hair with my natural colouring, while achieving a softness next to my face, which I really like, so that the dark brown does not appear too harsh. Kayleigh is always patient & kind …..thank you.

My usual very positive experience,tinted with sadness as Linda is soon retiring.She has done my hair for decades and I’ve always been pleased with her work and have enjoyed our chats enormously.
I will be going to a hairdresser’s nearer home and a salon on the ground floor as I am finding the steep stairs quite challenging now.I would like to thank all the staff at KH for being so friendly and welcoming.It’s been a real pleasure coming to your salon.

Jessica took every care for my comfort throughout the perm. It was lovely to have some warmth in the salon at last, it has felt like sitting in the freezer in the past, not a good experience with wet hair! I still hate those paper tissues you use instead of a proper towel.
