Today I had my extensions done by Hayley, and they have been blended so well. The colour match is insane. And this is my favourite hair yet.

As a long-standing client of KH since coming to Derby in 1983, having been recommended by my late mother in law, coming for a haircut at KH Sadlergate is like visiting friends. As it is with professionals such as your doctor or dentist, your form a bond of trust with your hairdresser. The salon is run to the highest standards, all staff are always welcoming and the stylists are at the top of their game and always ready to listen and advise. Despite these strange Covid times, I have felt confident and safe coming to the salon and can’t praise everyone highly enough.

Thanks very much to Hayley - she is truly a hair magician and such a joy to be around. I always feel like a million dollars leaving the salon ?‍♀️

I’ve been coming to the salon for years and everyone is so lovely and welcoming. Hayley has been always amazing both with doing her magic with my hair but also a good listener whilst I sat there for hours and talk about life!

The whole experience of going to Keith Hall Salon is always wonderful. From being greeted by very hospitable staff to walking out with beautiful hair which makes you feel a million dollars. My stylist, Jane, completely understands my needs and styles my hair perfectly. All staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome. They take Covid health and safer measures very seriously but have not allowed this to affect the positive experience.

Just had my first appt with Louise since second lockdown ended and, as a "vulnerable" client, I felt very safe visiting the salon. Everyone was adhering to recommended hygiene standards and attention to detail was excellent. Well done to all concerned!

I was lucky enough to have an appointment pre booked for post lockdown week. I enjoyed a lovely colour hair mask and a great cut by Louise. I left feeling rejuvenated and it was so nice to chat with the friendly staff in the salon.

Made to feel welcomed and reassured when bringing my booked appointment forward. Louise and Hayley had a big work commitment bringing all their clients forward and yet they worked in their usual calm and cheerful manner .... Dane too!

i felt totally safe throughout my appointment with Louise radford i wore my mask sanitized my hands on entry Louise wore a mask and visor throughout my appointment plus disposable apron .i paid using contactless card all the staff are very friendly and professional and go above and beyond with cleaning and sanitizing the whole salon throughout the visit .top marks go to all the staff xx

Today I had my hair done by Hayley,
The salon was spotless, very very clean. I was very anxious about coming in to the salon today because of covid but I felt so comfortable and safe. It was a really enjoyable relaxing experience not having as many people in the salon. Hayley had her work cut out doing my roots they were horrific. But looks great and feels great. The garden area now looks absolutely gorgeous and is so nice to go out and have a relaxing sit outside too.

I have not been able to visit Keith Hall’s on Sadler Gate for 4 months for obvious reasons but my return there yesterday was a different but still a very positive and comfortable experience. Hayley gave me an amazing cut and colour and it was clear to see that a lot of thought had gone into making the visit there as pleasant as possible while making clients and Louise and her team as safe as possible. Great job everyone - booked my next appointment and can’t wait to see you all again!!!

Went kh hair saddlergate derby last Thursday very professional as always everything clean and sterilised .louise wore disposable apron visor and glasses whilst i wore a surgical mask everything spot on in salon and felt totally safe and very comfortable through the whole experience as i hadnt been to have my hair cut since February and i felt fab at end..well done louise radford and the whole team at kh hair saddlergate derby
