Seriously- lovely fun atmosphere. Lucy does much more than nails.. 💅 🤣 great team of people - I’ve been going there for a while now and I’ve always had excellent service- nails always look fab. Come away feeling good. Reasonable prices. Warm. Comfortable. Very patient - need to be with me over colours. Georgia has bucket loads of patience and colours 😃 Carly has also done my nails to a high standard - as has Lucy. I could name so many but fear missing anyone out.

Parking excellent unless it’s school leaving time then can be tricky for a short time. All good.

The service and attention detail is absolutely fantastic and Natalie is brilliant.

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, Lucy has been doing my treatments for a while now. It’s like catching up with an old friend whilst have a beauty treatment done, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They are very accommodating whenever I need to change my appointment.

I have been going monthly for over two years now for a massage with Kelcey and I cannot say enough nice things, she is a fantastic masseuse (really get those knots out!) friendly, kind and a wonderful person. I love the salon, everyone, staff and clients are friendly - it has a lovely relaxed vibe. I genuinely look forward to my appointment and feel so much better as I leave.

I’ve now been going to beauty matters for nearly 2 years after being recommended to them. Liisa is fantastic and the whole team are lovely and seem to know who you are even though you haven’t really spent much time with them. The service is fantastic too I’ve never felt awkward.

Just had my 3rd HD Brow treatment by Sharon. I’m a typical 80s girl who used to pluck. Can’t believe what a difference this treatment has made to my brows! Looking so good. Sharon is so meticulous and gives fantastic advice on maintaining them between treatments. Love them.

Such a lovely salon. I took my 12 year old foster child for her nails to be done before Christmas. Georgia was really good with her. I have been coming to the salon for several years and always enjoy it. The staff are all so friendly and not at all pretentious which makes it a relaxing experience every time. Thank you x
