I'm a regular and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for treatments or nails.
The staff are professional, kind and super efficient.

I have used Beauty Matters for years and years. Moved house three times to different locations in the city but still return there. It is super friendly and relaxed. Liisa is my beautician and is wonderful however I have had treatment with other staff and they are all great. Never had a treatment I was disappointed in.

Do you want a salon where the staff are efficient and caring - good at what they do? Where the atmosphere is fun or serene - dependant on your needs. Do you want to be looked after- with a cuppa prepared on your arrival. Where time is taken to get the colour on your nails right? Where the staff are open and honest with you? Friendly and professional? Where hygiene is paramount- cleanliness also apparent. Where they make booking easy, and to suit you. Where prices are reasonable… Where there’s easy parking directly outside and it’s free? A very good cafe next door.

I go to Beauty Matters regularly for an eyelash tint. The staff are great, very friendly and welcoming, it’s like catching up with old friends. Natty did my tint today with great care and my eyelashes look super! Thanks Natty 😁.

The lady that took my appointment was really friendly and knowledgeable about what I was having done. The only issue was when I arrived no one acknowledged me or even asked if I had an appointment, there was a lady doing nails but she never asked if she could help of if I had an appointment which I though was quite poor.

The lady I had was absolutely lovely 🤩. It was my first wax so I was a bit uncomfortable but the lady was amazing. Unfortunately I had to cut it short as I was in a little discomfort but that was nothing to do with the staff or there ways I just simply wasn't ready. And she charged me for exactly what I had done , I couldn't thank her enough.

Beauty Matters managed to fit me in for a last minute appointment and I love the result! Lovely atmosphere at the salon and very professional service.
