It’s the first time I’ve been to the salon for my waxing , an overall very pleasant experience with the lovely Sarah, so much so I have booked my next appointment with her ... very happy ????

The cost of a massage is getting uncompetitive with alternative providers of this service.

I've been visiting Beauty Matters since Natalie opened it more than 20 years ago and used to visit several times a year. It's been a good while since I visited, so I was extremely pleased to see that the excellent standards of treatment, facilities and staff are just as high as ever. This time I enjoyed a paraffin wax manicure with Kelsey and it was such a pleasant experience. My hands which, due to a nasty bout of flu followed by a fractured wrist had really been suffering. I believe they now look five years younger than they did when I went in. My cuticles look perfect and the nail colour really suits me. Thank you all!

I rang Beauty Matters after suffering all weekend with a very stiff neck and shoulders, and Googling for beauticians who were open on Mondays. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and have also been suffering from headaches so was desperate for some TLC... I left a hopeful message and was contacted shortly by Natalie, who asked about my needs etc. She fitted me in for a massage in 30 minutes and the service I received from the minute I answered my phone, to then visiting the salon, and closing the door behind me was excellent!! I feel a lot more relaxed and Natalie actually did quite a bespoke massage for me, given the fact that I’m pregnant and suffering from 2 different ailments. Super grateful and will definitely be returning soon!

Excellent massage with Kelcey explained everything before and asked if I was allergic to product being used and afterwards on advice on how to correct my posture and to keep my fluids up during the rest of that day. I gave several treatments here all of which are very good.

I visited Beauty Matters this afternoon, for the first time, having won a voucher as a raffle prize. Lucky me! The 40 min back neck and should massage was lovely as was the young lady who did it for me. I have already booked in for the next one.

I went for a deep cleanse facial, and had it done by Kelcey. Was worried about how my skin would react as i have very sentsitive skin...but was reassured that delicate products will be used and my skin will have no reactions.... Was very happy with the outcome...had a lovely glow and no reactions to any products! Felt relaxed and not rushed. Will deffo be coming on a regular basis.

It was my first visit and it didn't disappoint. The treatment felt very special and relaxing. Friendly staff.
