I have been going to Beauty Matters for over 20 years they provide an excellent professional and friendly service

I've been visiting Beauty Matters since Natalie opened it more than 20 years ago and used to visit several times a year. It's been a good while since I visited, so I was extremely pleased to see that the excellent standards of treatment, facilities and staff are just as high as ever. This time I enjoyed a paraffin wax manicure with Kelsey and it was such a pleasant experience. My hands which, due to a nasty bout of flu followed by a fractured wrist had really been suffering. I believe they now look five years younger than they did when I went in. My cuticles look perfect and the nail colour really suits me. Thank you all!

It was superb, felt so relaxed & pampered & skin feels fabulous, beautician was first class.

Had a lovely relaxing massage at the salon today, although not quite as I’d booked as someone was ill they went out their way to make sure I was happy with the alternative.

I rang Beauty Matters after suffering all weekend with a very stiff neck and shoulders, and Googling for beauticians who were open on Mondays. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and have also been suffering from headaches so was desperate for some TLC... I left a hopeful message and was contacted shortly by Natalie, who asked about my needs etc. She fitted me in for a massage in 30 minutes and the service I received from the minute I answered my phone, to then visiting the salon, and closing the door behind me was excellent!! I feel a lot more relaxed and Natalie actually did quite a bespoke massage for me, given the fact that I’m pregnant and suffering from 2 different ailments. Super grateful and will definitely be returning soon!

Excellent massage with Kelcey explained everything before and asked if I was allergic to product being used and afterwards on advice on how to correct my posture and to keep my fluids up during the rest of that day. I gave several treatments here all of which are very good.

I visited Beauty Matters this afternoon, for the first time, having won a voucher as a raffle prize. Lucky me! The 40 min back neck and should massage was lovely as was the young lady who did it for me. I have already booked in for the next one.

I went for a deep cleanse facial, and had it done by Kelcey. Was worried about how my skin would react as i have very sentsitive skin...but was reassured that delicate products will be used and my skin will have no reactions.... Was very happy with the outcome...had a lovely glow and no reactions to any products! Felt relaxed and not rushed. Will deffo be coming on a regular basis.

It was my first visit and it didn't disappoint. The treatment felt very special and relaxing. Friendly staff.

My appointment today with Kelsey far exceeded my expectations of any employee or beauty salon! I have broken my foot and Kelsey kindly allocated a room for my massage downstairs in the salon, she also heated & lowered the bed and had pre-prepared a pillow for my foot which was so thoughtful as she was only interested in making me feel as comfortable as possible. I massively appreciated this lovely gesture! The back massage with Kelsey was absolutely amazing, I travel for work and physically carry a lot of weighted bags on my shoulders but after her firm massage my back and shoulders no longer ache and I can tell a noticeable difference. I can only highly recommend both Beauty Matters and Kelsey to anybody considering visiting!

This was my first visit to Beauty Matters and I was made to feel extremely welcome. Michelle was a true professional and I felt very reassured that I was in safe hands. I'm so very pleased with my lash extensions and with my eyebrows. I would most certainly recommend this salon to anyone.

Had first back massage in ages. Got the 40 min one. Best massage I've ever had. If there was an option to pay for a 2 or 3 hour one I'd have got it. Felt so relaxed afterwards.

LAs always perfect as it has been in over 15 years that I've been a client. I really wouldn't feel comfortable anywhere else.
