Beauty Matters

I’m new to the procedures I have started having, and have been more than satisfied with the empathetic attitude of the staff, and general pleasant atmosphere of all in the salon.

Kelcey was was great, would definitely recommend beauty matters.

Had a wonderful full body massage and facial, feel chilled and ready for a special getaway.

I visited the salon to use a voucher won in a raffle. Had a lovely massage. Very relaxing.

Friendly staff and love going to get my treatments there! I have had a few incidents else where with waxing. No problems here so far! Its always quick aswell so i can get back to my son! The staff even look after him well while i get my things done!

I had a 40 min back massage, from a very polite and friendly lady called Michelle. First massage I've had in months and it was excellent. Very relaxing indeed. I went in feeling a bit stressed and left feeling a lot better. So I booked another massage with them for tomorrow. :-)
Price is good value too.
Highly recommend this place. I've been twice before... both times in last 2 years or so, and every time the massage has been superb.

Such a lovely place to relax and enjoy having my nails done.Natalie and all the girls are lovely people that make you feel so welcome.I have to say a special thank you to Kelsey and Layla who go beyond expectations.I arrived to have my nails done threw this very hot weather and they made sure the door was kept open and I was sat by the door and also had put a fan on to keep me cool.now that's what I call customer service. Plus they're a little bit crazy,which I like.

I brought my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time.There was a great choice of ear rings to choose from.Sharon was amazing with my daughter and made her feel at ease as she was feeling a little nervous.All the staff in the salon were extremely friendly and professional.Highly recommended if you have young children who want there ears pierced and also great value for money as I payed more than double at Claire’s accessories for my other daughter .

Provided an excellent service, very professional, friendly and welcoming. I would definitely go back to have treatments.

Salon was lovely and clean and therapists very professional- had a spray tan for a wedding and very happy with the results- was given very good after care advice and also advised the best things to do in hot weather and to enhance the tan as much as possible
