I did serious harm to my poor feet on holiday but Natty did an amazing repair job and relaxed me so much I couldn't do the ironing!!

A lovely experience with knowledgeable and informative staff.

I visited the salon today for facial treatment by Lissa. As usual a lovely experience from a very pleasant young woman. I really enjoyed it and will keep returning.

Wonderful staff so caring

The salon staff are always friendly helpful and approachable. The salon is clean, well lit and comfortable and the equipment and techniques are modern and up-to-date. They often advertise good value special offers and the staff are well informed and honest with their advice. Treatments are well priced and varied. A very pleasant and comfortable experience.

I went to Beauty Matters for the first time today for a facial and oh my goodness it was so amazing, I have dealt with acne for months and the lady (who I think is called Sarah) was so lovely and really catered for all of my needs and made me feel so at ease with my skin and gave me a few freebies to help me along the way too - which was greatly appreciated. Will 100% return to the salon. Would 100% recommend to all my friends and family too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial this morning. Nat was very professional and did a wonderful head massage. I am totally relaxed and am looking forward to the next one.

I have visited Beauty Matters a number of times in the past year for Shellac Nails. Every time I have been pleased with the application and they have lasted for a good couple of weeks. Excellent service and very professional, Fully recommend Natty.

I visit the salon every 3 weeks to have a shellac file & polish.I have Natty who I always find to be very professional and an excellent technician .She has a lovely personality as do all the girls there and I look forward to my visits.

I have just had a facial and full body massage and enjoying every minute. The therapist took into considerations my preferences and ensured that the products used suited my skin type. I was made to feel very relaxed by the therapist and will definitely be booking further treatments.
