Kelcey provides an awesome body massage. Understanding my body posture, due to knee replacement. Regular monthly treat, fantastic for mind, body and spirit. Fully recommend. Go on try it!

Lilsa has been my beautician for years. She is an absolute delight. Very easy to talk to and creates a very relaxed environment with her friendly personality. She is also excellent at her job. I've moved house 4 times over the years and now live the other side of the city but I still visit Beauty Matters-says it all.

I had my first full acrylic nail extensions today in preparation for a special birthday next week Kelcey made me feel very comfortable and relaxed explaining all the processes as we went through them and the end verdict is my nails look lovely and very natural. Very pleased indeed Thank you ?

Excellent facial with Natty as usual

Had a my eyebrows tinted for the first time. Was worried how they’d look but Natalie was very helpful in taking her time to do them a little at a time and showing me bit by bit to make sure I was happy with them. Very pleased with the outcome.

The most relaxing and calming experience from start to finish. All the staff are friendly and helpful. My masseur Nathalie was excellent. I could feel the knots in my muscles freeing with her firm and smooth massage. Will be going many more times

It was my first time here and I must say I was very happy with my Time Expert facial. Sharon was great, explained the treatment and was very knowledgeable and experienced. I felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards and most importantly my skin felt great. Everyone was friendly and what I did like was there was no hard selling of products. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this salon.
