As always brilliant, another fun morning having my nails done for holiday, having a chat and a giggle with the girls. Georgia on reception so helpful and friendly, have to mention fab Sarah nothing is ever to much trouble, the girl deserves a pay rise.

Lovely salon, lovely staff and was so very happy with my Shilac nails and toes for a wedding I’m going to! Lucy was brill!

Beauty Matters went above and beyond trying to get me an appointment when I’d asked at short notice, putting me on the cancellation list and calling me several times until a convenient slot became available. Friendly service putting you at ease as always.

Treated as an individual & your needs are acted on. Lisa is a beautiful person, inside & out. Natalie goes out of her way to accomadate you. Been going for 20yrs & love it as much as I did on my first appointment .

Brilliant facial from Kelcey. I loved every minute of it. Kelcey had lots of knowledge too. I'm not used to beauty treatments and this was bought as a gift. It was a wonderful relaxing experience and I will teat myself next time. Thank you Kelcey-I will be back.

I had my nails done today, was originally booked for acrylic tips the lady who was doing my nails was great after chatting to me advised to strengthen my own nails, I’ve left really happy with my own nails looking beautiful with a French manicure, would really recommend this salon first class

This is the first time I have visited the salon and I was very impressed. Kelcey was very friendly and welcoming. The massage was both soothing and helped to reduce the tension in my shoulders and upper back. The generous hour and a half allocation ensured that I had plenty of time to fully relax.
