Great salon, always made to feel welcome and the staff always cheerful and chatty. Katie-Lou always makes a great job of my hair, would definitely recommend.

Just a great service, as always. Had a cut and an anti-frizz treatment filler. The process was explained with outcomes and expectations for my hair type. I'm always confident that my regular people (Kealey and Jason) know my hair (thick and Lego head) and recommend solutions. Salon always up-to-date on any new innovations.

TLDR. My hair looked fantastic.

How lucky am I to have found this salon! It’s always a pleasure to walk through the door and just relax. My stylist is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.. Everybody in the salon is so pleasant. Truly a super Salon !

Excellent. I changed to this salon after being a client of another salon for over twenty years. Everything about this salon is excellent. The staff are lovely and Jason styles my hair just as I like it. Should have changed years ago.

I would highly recommend this young colourist without hesitation. She is exceptionally mature for her years and conducts herself with a level of professionalism that immediately inspires confidence. Her approach is thoughtful and knowledgeable, and she takes the time to listen carefully, ensuring that the final result aligns perfectly with what is discussed.

Her customer service is outstanding throughout; she is attentive without being overbearing, reassuring without being patronising, and consistently courteous. She has a genuinely lovely manner, making the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. It is rare to find someone so early in their career who combines technical skill with such calm assurance and warmth. She is a real credit to the salon and undoubtedly has a very bright future ahead of her.

Jason fitted me in for a dry cut due to someone canceling their appointment. Jason knows I struggle with social anxiety but always puts me at ease and does an amazing job with my hair. I always leave feeling a lot better.

Spot on every time

As always Chloe has done a brilliant job. Had my normal blond with a dark colour. Also Chloe gave me good advice on buying a good colour saver shampoo. Chloe always goes that extra mile and takes so much pride in what she does. Everyone in Burlingtons are welcoming and friendly. Another 10/10 from me. Thankyou Chloe xx

I've been using Burlington's for a couple of years now, I always see Demi for my cut. She's lovely & always gets my hair just right. The salon is always clean & it's a nice relaxed atmosphere. I'm always pleased with my cut, having gone from having quite long hair to a short style with undercut:)
