A warm greeting and no wait. Coffee appeared straight away while my shampoo was done. The upstairs rooms are clean and bright nd much quieter than the very busy ground floor. The cut and dry was excellent, but I expect no less, having been a client of Katie-Lou's for over 15 years. Next booking made and i was also reminded to make one for December, to be sure of a place. The staff a cheery and happy to interact. All in all a very pleasant. experience.
