Another fantastic cut by Paul…..my husband thinks he is a genius ? I feel like myself again after missing 3 cuts due to restrictions.

As always, perfectly happy with the outcome, which explains why I've kept going back for years. The styling always lasts really well, lucky for me given how long it's had to last since my last visit.

I had a lovely warm welcome back from the receptionist on entering the Salon. Paul was his usual attentive self, I'm very happy with how he styled my hair. The Salon was very well run in a Covid friendly way.

Beccy always colours and cuts beautifully and suggests things I wouldn't think about, always know I am in good hands. The young lady who washed and treated my hair was excellent too, really knew what she was doing - highly recommend both.

Thank you Paul and Paige too for your advice with styling and colour highlight for what has been a long time needed haircut in these Covid times. The newly implemented salon regulations made me feel very safe and it was reassuring to witness staff regularly cleaning sitting area and stations whilst I was there.

I arrived the stylist came wasnt told his name but to be honest my husband during lockdown cut my hair and he has done a better job. I wont be back feel like I've wasted my money.

I had my usual excellent cut from Paul, but what made the visit so pleasant was the very friendly and helpful receptionists, especially Hannah.

Really pleased with my colour having previously gone too dark (with a different hairdresser). It’s perfect and the blow dry looks great.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Toni and Guy in Buxton. This is even under current Covid restrictions. You always feel like you matter.

Great. First time I've had my haircut at Tony & Guy, very pleased. Zach was great, listened to me try and explain what I wanted, then made some helpful suggestions. Good cut and blow dry. I'm very pleased with the result and have made another appt. The whole experience felt very safe with regard to PPE and Covid safety.

As always I had a very positive experience and Madie was lovely and professional.

Yet again Paul has done a fantastic job on my cut. He never fails to give me what I ask for. The attention to detail is amazing. I had lilly for my colour for the first time today. I am so happy with my new colour she listened to what I wanted. Highly recommend both Paul and lilly

I was abit concerned during the hair cut as ***** seemed to cut my hair very differently from previous hairdressers. It was a choppy look which after the hair drying looked fine but I was so disappointed after i washed my hair to see the right side look shorter and thinner, and the back just looked like it had random layers cut into it. I was disappointed as I had paid £39 for this.
However ***** gave a great head massage and he was good at communicating with myself.

Your PPE procedure was excellent.

I will come back but i will book to have my hair cut by Paul.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Beccy enough!! Beccy knows exactly what’s she doing, I feel completely at ease with her. I would highly recommend her as she’s highly skilled in what she does and she’s such a people person! Beautiful person inside and out and the best hairdresser to do your hair!

From start to finish no one in the Salon communicated with me other than to instruct me where to sit, where to get PPE. After trying and failing to start communication, I become unsettled with the hairdresser, to the point of not wanting to distract him. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my hair styled, had it blow dried with no offer of protecting products, pin straight (the desire of no one) wasn’t asked about the temperature though the heating had been turned on and was at this point sweltering. The stylist proceeded to cut my hair dry, revealing the back which was visibly uneven. At this point I lost complete confidence, stylist hesitant to acknowledge the mess, with no other alternative I persisted and allowed the stylist to try and remedy the mess. Extra length was taken off, revealing a blunt straight poorly sitting cut. The opposite to what I asked for. The stylist replied “yeah, because you said it wasn’t straight” i uncomfortably asked the stylist to chop into the length. The most uncomfortable hair appointment ever experienced. The other stylists offered no support to the struggling stylist and ignored the conversation completely. I went home, finding that the front of my hair was uneven, having to cut it myself! Unsurprisingly as the stylist carried out the entire cut from the back of my head, not once checking if the front or side were level.

Beccy as always. Pleasant, professional. Gives you first class service.

An excellent cut and blow dry of my long hair. Paul has an eye for detail and I am very pleased with the cut today.
