Had my hair colored yesterday. Left feeling very disappointed in the end result. Stylist wasn't pleasant at all very unfriendly. Felt uncomfortable the whole time. Left with greyer hair than I went in with. Stylist needs to improve her customer service skills.

I called very last minute, had never been to this salon before as I'm travelling from Australia. My hair was on the brink of being shaved off it was that dry and brittle. But Tegan was very thorough with my options and what I needed. Great to chat to as well! Had a treatment, trim and blow dry and felt like a completely new women. Thank you so much for the boost Tegan, I really needed that. I promise I will have another trim in 6 weeks and will stick to a treatment at least once a month ❤️. My only small negative was i didn't know I'd be charged extra for being a new client, but that may also be something that's advertised and i didn't see it as i booked so last minute..thank you team, I will be sharing this with anyone i know!
