Unfortunately, as a skin test had not been carried out prior to your appointment, we were unable to use bleach on this occasion and therefore could not apply a toner as originally discussed.

We also apologise that it was not clearly explained that the blow dry would incur an additional charge, as all of our services are individually priced.

We would be more than happy to welcome you back into the salon at a convenient time for Taylor to rectify this for you.
