Debbie gave me a hair cut that took into account my requirements. I'm very happy with the results. I came to her as a result of an introduction and introductory offer. This was a good motivation and I hope you do the offers again!

I always go to Vicky because she is such an excellent hairdresser. She is highly skilled and always so pleasant and just gets exactly what I’m looking for. The salon is very lucky to have someone as skilled, experienced and professional as she is.

Superb treatment from Donna today. Eyebrow and eyelash tint and eyebrow shape. Just the best. Everything you could want from an eye treatment - exactly to my requirements and what a nice young lady. When I was a little tired after the session, Donna asked me if I wanted to stay in the room for a while and have me a glass of water. Exceptional

I had my first appointment with Rebecca back in December 2021, I wanted a complete refresh and went from having waist length hair to a long Bob with a fringe. I was nervous but also very ready for a change and was very grateful that I was in such good hands. I took a picture for reference and could not have been happier with the service. Rebecca made sure that she cut my hair to perfection, checked several times to make sure that it was on point, matching the reference picture and went back and made small adjustments which made such a big difference and I was ecstatic with the end results and how swishy and sleek my hair looked!

The atmosphere was incredibly calm and relaxing and Rebecca made me feel completely at ease with her manner, people skills and friendly personality. I felt as though she really listened to what I was looking for and helped to assess my hair and took the style that I was looking for and made it work by adapting it to my hair so that it is easy to style and maintain at home. Rebecca was amazing throughout my service, and I could not think of anything that would have improved my experience.

As my last two experiences have been so positive I returned to the salon today to have my service with Rebecca and again she was brilliant.

The difference in my skin is amazing, had so many compliments, I am delighted.

Donna took so much time and care over my nails and went above and beyond to find the nail colour that I wanted. It was for such a special ocassion, my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with them.

This is the second time I’ve visited Fenwicks ‘on a whim’ whilst my daughters are shopping. Haircut was well overdue and nothing beats a spot of spontaneity! A fabulous appointment with Debbie K, my hair looks amazing, I’m ready for my holidays and who knew you could have so much in common with someone you’ve never met before?! Keep up the good work, I will certainly be taking my girls shopping again when I’m due my next cut!

Excellent service. Debbie K was extremely professional and gave helpful advise on the style that would suit me, and did a fantastic job. She also gave some very useful tips to style it every day. Would recommend her any day.
