Had a lovely time at the salon getting my hair done in a crazy colour (purple). Kate was great the whole time through, checkin in with me and keeping me in the loop, as well as putting up with my (terrible) jokes. Everyone else was also lovely. The result is amazing, I love it.

From the time you arrive you instantly feel relaxed and looked after very well. Drinks are offered whilst you wait/having your hair done. Lola warmly welcomed me taking me to wash my hair, I was sitting in a fab massage chair with Lola finishing off with a mini head massage, I felt great before I even had my haircut! Charlotte who had cut my hair advised on hair styles that would suit my face shape and gave some great stying tips. I was very happy with the end result and left feeling very pampered. The prices are very reasonable. This is my second appointment and have already booked the next. I highly recommend Taylor Cole Salon.

I’ve been coming to Kirsty for over 3 years now and she knows exactly what suits me every time. I get so many compliments about my hair and her amazing talent means I am able to go 12 weeks between appointments, whilst still looking like it doesn’t need doing (until we realise it does!) I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I have been coming to Brie for many years now and always loved my haircuts, colours and styles. The salon is such a lovely atmosphere, clean and comfy chairs. I often bring my laptop because they provide me with a laptop tray and a coffee! I highly recommend and will continue booking here.

Charlotte always listens, and checks you're happy. I went in for root lightening today, and even though she was running late and juggling clients, she took the time to get my hair exactly as I wanted it. Always a quality cut and a great experience. The salon staff look after you really well, too

This was my first visit to the salon and I was made very welcome. Sarah was lovely and I was happy with my cut and blow dry, however when I made the appointment over the phone I gave a brief description of my hair and was given a price of £42 for a cut and blow dry with Sarah , I was also asked to pay a deposit of £10 which was not a problem and I was quite happy with the price. When I left the salon I felt I had been overcharged by £10 so I called to clarify this and was told the price was changed because my hair was thick, I have never been told this before and I am disappointed because I was not told at any time that there would be an extra charge for this, I most definitely should have been informed about it. As an oap I specifically asked how much it would cost because it is a luxury to have my hair cut at a nice salon. It’s really unfair that you don’t explain the extra charge and actually hide it from the client. It has put a dampener on an otherwise lovely experience at your salon Regards Carol 🙁
