Alexa is an excellent stylist. She listens, understands the problems of home styling, recommends a style of cut and throughout checks with the customer that they are happy and the resulting style is a success every time.

Every appointment is the same, friendly staff, great atmosphere and good value.

The atmostphere is great, clean and very friendly, had Sophie today really pleased she was very professional, helped me on my colours and I love the cut, I have booked my next appointment, thank you Sophie X

My 15 year old daughter had her hair restyled and at section today. Lisa was fantastic and really did a super job. The whole team are so friendly and professional. They really are the best!!! Thank you so much worth every penny xxxx

Been to this salon before always pleased how ever this time not so good , explained how I like my hair cut very choppy on top and thinned out same with my fringe using thinning scissors which she did , than when dried I ask her to use straighteners which she did but did not do my fringe , when I ask she did , good job I did as my fringe was no where straight and she had to re cut my fringe , which Ment it had to go shorter , how ever when I got home decided to re wash my hair , when I dried it my sides were different length , one was so short I could not even get the longer one cut else where yo match , could not be bothered to go back next day as obviously the hair dresser thought it looked OK , still waiting to let it grow out so can get it cut even

New to Truro, I needed to get my hair and eyebrows done. Inkfish could do both in one appointment. Previously I've had my eyebrows threaded, which was quite painful but Amy did a really great job waxing them, it didn't take as long and the result was much better with no red soreness. Beth did an awesome job on my hair. It was a busy environment with a nice vibe and friendly professional staff. I'll be going back!

Would recommend to all family and friends .

Love the hair, thank you. The music was just too loud. I love treating myself to a hair cut, but not too sure it was relaxing with the music thumping away, it was distracting.

Sarah always does a great job, very professional & friendly, I highly recommend her for all treatments. Also Alice does an amazing eye brow tint & tidy, feel like I've had a face lift.

Another great hair experience at Inkfish, Truro, with the brilliant Vidette. I always know I'm going to be pleased because she knows me, my hair and what works.
The very friendly atmosphere is just what I want, from Receptionist's welcome to the conditioning massage performed by junior staff who are trained extremely well.
A relaxing, end-of-week, Friday afternoon appointment sets me up for a great weekend. Therapy!

100% amazing. I am so pleased with the colour. Tammy understood what I wanted from the start. No one has ever explained the dyes to me and what will work and won't. Even explaining about my skin colour and certain colours to avoid. Wash and massage was amazing very relaxing. I'm normally quite nervous about the hairdressers but I felt totally at ease from the beginning to end. The staff were all very friendly.

I always go to inkfish for their professionalism and quality. Sarah is a friendly and bubbily beautician who gets it right everytime.

My only criticism is with the booming music they play in the salon which makes it difficult to phone in and change an appointment.

Her own hair was glossy & stylish, mirroring the professional image of Inkfish.
Talia took her time to gain an understanding of how I wanted my hair to look, & offered constructive advice on what would benefit my hair. In this case a treatment Improving the condition, complementing the colour & a with good cut. Efficient, professional & altogether a pleasant experience with an inspirational result . Very happy. Had to have my hair coloured as a blonde box dye went organge. Beth was brilliant, wasn't going to give up until it finally looked a bit more normal. Slightly darker than my normal colour but is soooooo much better than it was, so I'm very happy! Beth was brilliant, swapped clients over to other girls so she could finish my hair.

I cannot rate ink fish enough, my personal hair dresser Tori ! Such professionalism and kindness! Lovely atmosphere in the salon all so helpful !

I had a lovely beauty therapist who was chatty & friendly, she was great.
I was a little disappointed in you he fact that I booked an express pedicure expecting a 'mini pedicure' including foot file etc... I've had express pedi's elsewhere which have included this... unfortunately the express pedi was just a nail polish... and die to the fact I hat on my phone booking I had been booked for the wrong treatment... I feel it was a little rushed... I wasn't give time for my toe nails to dry which resulted in one completely peeling off within a few hours....and as I was treating myself for a holiday to Ibiza this was a disaster! ????

So happy with the hair colour, and service. My only niggle is that within 3 weeks the colour had completely gone. However I'll be back in to have it redone soon - maybe with a more oerminat colour if possible?

I've been having my eyebrows and eyelashes shaped and tinted at Inkfish for a couple of years now. The experience is a lovely relaxing one and the final result is always stunning :) I'm able to go make-up free when I have perfect brows and lashes. Such a simple treatment which makes me feel fantastic.

Excellent service, friendly great atmosphere I've used same salon and beautician for many years I tried another salon as couldn't get appointment few month ago . I would highly recommend ink fish to friends, family. I would never use any one else again.

The lovely Lisa cut my hair tonight, had a completely new style this evening. She was fab talking it through. Now I'm home and got bit more used to it I'm really loving it! Will definitely be back.

It was my first time ever getting a spray tan and on my own. I was really nervous, but Sarah (the women who does the spray tan) and all the other staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable there. Sarah listens to exactly what you say and does it for you, she's amazing. I would definitely go there again and I would recommend it to a friend. Thank you guys ☺ xx

I visited the salon after a huge hair disaster elsewhere. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and Jena did an amazing job rectifying the mistakes made elsewhere. As well as cutting my hair brilliantly, Jena was friendly and professional. Most importantly, she listened to what I wanted and understood how my hair, which is coarse, needed cutting.

Thank you Jena and Inkfish for rescuing me from my hair disaster and for restoring my trust!
