Colette listened to me and advised me. I felt comfortable and at ease with her cutting my hair. And the cut was lovely.
I did think there would be more space between customers given the current pandemic however everyone was wearing masks and drinks were offered in disposable cups.
I liked how I can book online and pay a deposit. On the day it feels less to pay.
This is my first time at inkfish. I always look and rate a hair salon if they massage your head during the hair wash... I will be going back!

As always, the service at Inkfish is excellent. During these times it is also very safe with full attention paid to customer reassurance.
As always, exceptionally pleased with everything, particularly Vidette’s expertise!

I had my colour and cut at this salon on 4the Dec with senior stylist Luke. Although the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming, my experience and overall result was a bit of a let down. Luke is very friendly and having explained to him about the thickness of my hair and that I needed, my layers trimmed and a root touch up with highlights, felt optimistic that he understood and could deliver. However, although am fairly happy with the colour results, the layering is another story. The cut is very uneven, longer layers on one side to the other making the overall look very unbalanced and uneven. £100 lighter and definitely not 100% result. Should I return and get this rectified!!! No, I think I won't take the risk on this occasion. But I shall go elsewhere in the New Year.

All I can say is that Max is a miracle worker...I have curly/wavy/frizzy hair with a mind of its own and Max has managed to tame it. Lovely salon and all the staff I saw were friendly and I felt complete safe and at ease here...after 4 years I’ve finally found a salon where I can’t wait to return ?

I unfortunately couldn't my orginal appointment, yet everyone was very understanding and was fitted in following day.

I am so so happy with my haircut by Sophie today. Sophie listened to exactly how I wanted my hair. Really pleased, going back to have my colour done next week (hopefully). My hair is so lovely now - I feel I have a hair style now.

I cut my own fringe far too short, so I rang Inkfish, who had a same-day appointment for me. All Covid procedures (check-in to Covid app, hand gel, masks, cleanliness) were great on my arrival, and throughout. The staff were lovely, friendly, warm and welcoming. My haircut was wonderful and has rescued me from a horrendous fringe-massacre (which I had brought on myself), to looking very nice indeed! Thank you very much, Jade and team.

I got mixed up with payments and person who helped me ( sorry can’t remember her name) was really kind, polite and helpful..even when it turned out to be my mistake! Thank you so much

I came to ink fish a few years ago and walked out feeling amazing and I have now had the time to focus on my self again after children and I came by this afternoon to have a designer colour and toner and bless the guy who made my experience amazing, he styled my hair out of his kindness because he wanted to make sure the amazing colour he done looked fab!! Luke was amazing! I didn't know how to properly explain what I wanted, so Luke explained everything to me and checked I was happy for him to do something at every step. The salon staff were very friendly and chatty, and the salon had a great atmosphere. I love my hair, it's exactly what I wanted and I've received so many compliments!

Love this salon, even in new guidelines they make you feel welcome. Always get a good haircut from lovely Jade x

Only comment is that your chairs are a tad uncomfortable, especially when in for treatments.

Thank you to Luke for an all round excellent experience. He took huge care, spent time and effort far beyond a normal ‘cut & blow dry’’. First time in to a salon since Lockdown was well worth it.
