Lovely day at the salon today. Such a lovely ambience. Jaz did Balyage on my hair today, great results as usual. Amanda usually cuts my hair but couldn’t fit me in today so she’ll cut it next week. I have extremely thick and very long hair and they do everything exactly as I request. I can’t praise them enough. I’ve been there nearly 6 hours and had a relaxing time. Plenty of tea, coffee and Mandy’s home made cup cakes. Yummy .

Very knowledgeable, put me at ease as it was my first all head colour.

It’s always such a pleasure to visit Alternative Styles Hair Salon , all the staff are professional, well trained and extremely friendly.
Amanda does my hair , she is an excellent stylist in both cutting and colouring.

Absolutely amazing, it took me a year of working up the courage to take the scary step of cutting my hair short, but I felt supported the whole way with professional options and advice and things to consider. Amanda really listened and clearly understood the result I wanted to achieve and she didn’t let me down!! I am so happy and love my new look and the new confidence it has given me. Just had a lovely pampering session, roots coloured, cut, blow dry and manicure. Amanda and her team always make you feel special, are friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended!

What a lovely experience.
I needed my colour to be done and I wasn’t disappointed.
I now have a beautiful colour blonde , very happy.
So relaxing have a intense conditioner treatment fell asleep on the back massaging chair then I was offered a complementary hand and arm massage, well what can I say , wonderful.

This is a friendly but professional salon salon..The stylist and staff are approachable and happy to take the time to discuss the various options to achieve a look. Also helpful when advising on maintaining healthy hair. Great to see new trainees progressing. A very relaxing ecperiance.

Had a nice relaxing few hours in the salon yesterday. Roots done with a slightly darker shade pulled through all my hair, lovely! Then had a manicure, followed by Tea and cake! Thank you again Amanda for keeping my hair and nails looking nice.

They are both amazing hairdressers and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough

She’s done it again! I’ve had my hair restyled by Amanda and she’s done the best job as always. She is such a talented hairdresser. She just seems to know what I want and what suits me. My hair looks amazing and I feel amazing! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I really look forward to my visits.

Excellent service as always. Stylist explains everything they are doing, about the best products for your hair. Even the little extras like homemade cake, coffee in a caffeitere and hand massage.
