I was nervous ahead of both my consultation and first appointment having had a couple of bad experiences at other salons elsewhere last year. However, I needn’t have worried. Every member of the team is genuinely kind and, more importantly, good at what they do.
I felt seen and heard by Lisa at both my colour consultation and first appointment. She explained very clearly what she intended to do to my hair, checking I was happy with the plan at every stage before proceeding.
I left the salon with renewed confidence, my hair looking exactly as Lisa had described and armed with tips about caring for and styling my hair at home between appointments.

Absolutely loved my curly blow dry today by Emily, came out feeling proper pampered!

Great experience. Had a root colour and a cut. Kim certainly knows how to dry curly hair. I've never come out of a hairdresser with dry hair and loved it. Added extra today was the hot water bottle.

Lisa is incredible at what she does - my curly hair has a life of it’s own and she has completely revolutionised the cut, colour and treatment - cannot recommend her enough.

I was really anxious about finding a hairdresser when moving down from the Midlands, I couldn’t be more happier, service, quality, chatting and laughs including a head massage when getting your hair washed. I can’t praise them enough, also included is the cutest dog Harvey ❤️

I dread going to the hairdressers but Denise made such a big effort to give me a lovely makeover that I left four hours later with a spring in my step!

I have not been to a hair salon for good few years and I must say this place is highly recommended. Denise who did my hair was really challenged as I had x3 different colours from grey roots, light brown in the middle and scattered dark brown on the tips ?. I left everything to her to change my look. She did an amazing job in transforming it to a very beautiful one. Even my 13 y.o. grandson noticed it right away and was impressed of how I look. The place is clean and all staff very professional and friendly. Well done to you all and a very big thank you.
