Once again Denise has applied her amazing knowledge and skills, resulting in a fabulous finish. My hair is evenly toned, soft, shaped superbly and looks and feels amazing. Thanks to Denise and the team for another wonderful hair experience. Nothing is too much trouble and they all go out of their way to give you the best experience. My first time at the Colour Lounge after a Google search suggested Lisa was an expert at cutting natural curls. It was a very positive experience. Lisa and staff are clearly very knowledgeable on all aspects of cutting and caring for curly hair and I was extremely happy with the end result. Thank you to everyone at the salon for making me feel very welcome.

Just had my first appointment with the super talented Denise, who had the massive challenge of sorting out the mess of block colours left in my hair. I can't believe how fantastically natural my hair now looks! The whole team there were so friendly and welcoming, they couldn't do enough to ensure my visit was comfortable and positive. Having had my long hair put up in a ponytail for a long while now, a new style was really needed. I came away with a lovely Bob, and I've had plenty of lovely comments so far on my first day.

Lovely clean, modern salon. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly even Harvey (the dog) he is very cute.

I was in much need of a long awaited colour & cut, Denise did a fantastic job.
My colour and style has been refreshed, I'm so pleased with it. Denise was very attentive and sorted out my fading previous colour, blended it beautifully. Purchased shampoo & conditioner handpicked by Denise to help keep it looking good until my next visit. Thanks again Denise, lovely colour & cut.

Another good visit to the Colour Lounge and the lovely Lisa. Warm and friendly place with coffee if required and a cuddle with Harvey the dog! I always get complimented on my hair by friends after a visit.

Lovely welcoming staff….. Lisa is really experienced at cutting curly hair…… really happy with my new style

I've battled with my curly, frizzy, humidity-hating coarse hair for an age, experimenting with countless salon-grade moisturising, keratin, and protein shampoos, conditioners, and masks in every which combination. I've even resorted to butchering my hair with Yuko Japanese Straightening which I was willing to travel over 300 miles for.

KeraStraight was my last hope before finally ruling my hair a lost cause. The Colour Lounge came through, not only with a top-notch treatment but also with tailored advice that truly made a difference for my hair. Beyond that, the salon boasts a fantastic atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and lovely!

I've now gone from hopelessly straighten my hair multiple times a day and shielding it under hats to combat the inevitable humditiy-induced frizz that would ruin my style 5 seconds after stepping outside, to straightening my hair...every 2-3 months. The need usually arises due to roots, indicating it's time for a touch-up treatment.

Took my daughter for her first hair cut for years and she was very apprehensive but as soon as we entered the salon the friendly staff made her feel relaxed and the cuddle from Harvey the dog made her day.

I adore The Colour Lounge, so much so, I travel an hour to get to it. I normally have Lisa who is beyond brilliant but she was booked up today. I was in desperate need of a refresh before I go away tomorrow so I had Emily instead…wow, you can tell she’s been trained by Lisa, I absolutely LOVE my hair.
