Lisa and her team are just wonderful. You are made to feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. Their customer service is high end, and the craftsmanship and enthusiasm is wonderful to see.

What an amazing shop to visit state of the art equipment and Lisa is a very talented lady. Years of growing my hair and when I decided to chop it all off their was only one hairdresser I would go too and that was The colour lounge Lisa is AMAZING

I had a hair colour appointment with Lisa and I'm just blown away by her skills, knowledge and confidence. I had a lot of regrowth and very uneven grey/light purple hair colour. During the process, half of my hair unexpectedly went green (due to the hair dye used by a different hairdresser previously) which Lisa was able to correct making me feel reassured at all times. How did she manage to achieve a gorgeous pastel lilac colour that is even and simply stunning is beyond me, but all I know is that I would trust her to do ANYTHING with my hair, because she is a hair magician (and a totally awesome person in general!). I also have to mention superb customer service, everyone at the Colour Lounge we exceptionally nice and full of smiles. The modern amd funky decor is just stunning with a great attention to tje detail. There's even a lovely little garden where you can relax drinking a very good coffee whilst you're waiting for the colour to develop (or to change the scenery if you have spent-like me today- 6 hours there! Thank you Lisa and all staff at the Colour Lounge for an amazing experience!

I haven't been to the hairdresser in over ten years but finally bit the bullet today. I walked in and asked for an appointment on the off chance one was available same day and luckily a slot was available for ten minutes later. My stylist was Charlotte and she was absolutely lovely, pleasant, well-spoken, and professional (and not judgemental of the fact I had previously been cutting my own hair!). We discussed what I wanted and she explained every step of what she was doing. I am so delighted with the end result, it is exactly how I wanted it to be and well worth every penny. The salon itself is bright, modern, clean, and welcoming, and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful colour and cut by Lisa. A transformation made me feel so much better. Good luck with your new venture your salon is very relaxing and comfy. Lovely chairs could have stayed in the recliners all night! Highly Recommended.

Just popped in on the off chance and had a consultation with Lisa about booking in for a colour and cut . On arrival I was seated and able to take in the atmosphere and enjoy the airy beautiful salon.All the staff are super friendly and between Kim and Lisa I was able to walk out after feeling a million dollars! They really listened I felt so comfortable and confident that I left the colour and cut choice in there hands . I couldn’t be happier.

Kelly cuts hair really well, I'm very pleased with the result. Credit too to Paige, new to the job a week ago but very competent and pleasant.

Fantastic! Lisa has made this the best salon in Launceston. The surroundings are beautiful, all the staff are lovely and the Milk Shake products are awesome. The addition of a late night opening makes it perfect.
