Excellent service. Pleased with result.

As a regular user of Hush Hair & Beauty I have only recently had my nails done there (or anywhere for that matter). I was delighted with the result using 'Gelish' for a really wonderful result. I have now had them done 3 times and each time was really pleased.
For my hair I had made a mess of the colour by trying to do the root re growth myself, and am happy to say that Sue managed to salvage the situation for me. As always everyone is very courteous and helpful and make the whole experience enjoyable.

Hannah was very professional and explained every step of my colour stripping treatment before applying a new colour then cutting fantastic treatment by all staff!

Brilliant!....as usual. Kim knows my hair so well & my root colour & highlights work so well together. I LOVE it ????

I looked at hair salons with trepidation on moving to Launceston from London two years ago because I'd been to my previous one for 26 years and I have to trust my hairdresser. I walked into Hush and immediately felt welcomed. Everyone is so kind and understanding, the atmosphere is great and relaxed while being professional. On my first visit they introduced me to Kim. She is fantastic. Knows her colours and is a brilliant stylist. She knows what I want and helps me achieves it. She advises me what not to have and she's always right. I can't recommend her highly enough. I've even managed to persuade my husband to have his hair cut and styled by her!
The beauty (no pun intended) of Hush is that they also have a lovely beautician, Jess, for all your beauty needs resident on premises. Again I highly recommend her!

I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I trust the hair stylists at hush however and they always do a brilliant job both in respect of colour and cut.

Their beauty salon treatments are great too.

I have been a regular customer at Hush Hair & Beauty for many years now and it is so nice to come out having had my hair styled and/or coloured and feel happy with the result, and as though I have had a nice treat. The stylists are all skilled and helpful and always talk thing through before they do anything and give honest opinions even on occasion saving me money! A nice atmosphere and a welcome cup of coffee with a biscuit too, what more could you want, great.

Very disappointed with the colour on my hair today. It was not what I was expecting. Stylist offered me to come back and to have my hair corrected. I was so upset that I felt that I didnt want to return.
Stylist said that she explained colours to me, however my understanding of the final colour was not I felt was explained to me.

Always welcome nothing is too much trouble and I come out with a great hair style which takes years off of me

My teenage daughter and I have are hair coloured and cut here by Kim who is an amazing stylist and hair colour technician. Have no hesitation is recommending this salon.

Wonderful professional friendly staff. Always courteous and I come out with a fab hairstyle that receives many compliments. Also had nails done which are gorgeous and again a wonderful beautician. All staff remember your name and snippets about you to make you feel they personally take an interest even if they are not your stylist or beautician

I love going to Hush. Charlotte is an amazing Hair stylist. I have been going to Hush for a very long time. Always first class service from the moment you enter the salon. Coats taken, drinks offered, never had to wait. Jess is also a fantastic beautician. Always treated in a very professional manner by ALL members of the team. Try and get in around Christmas, I highly recommend the mince pies !

I am very nervous of letting hairdressers colour my hair due to expensive disasters in the past (pink ends on highlights for one). I had every confidence in my stylist however and she did a brilliant and painstaking job. Really pleased with the results and the cost was also very reasonable.

As always fantastic cut from Charlotte and really friendly welcome from all.

I have been using Hush hairdressers for several years now and their attitude and quality of service has always been consistent. The stylist I see now is Sue and she is always bright and pleasant and is excellent at giving me advise on what to do - whether I just need roots colouring or highlights as well so I don't feel I am being taken advantage of in any way. The younger staff are always polite and helpful too. I always think you should enjoy your visit to the hairdresser and feel better when you leave than when you came in!
