What can I say... Thank you Nikki, you are the loveliest lady. I was a little nervous coming into the salon given the current climate we're in, but everything is put in place to keep everyone safe, the hygiene is second to none, everything is cleaned down and started fresh for each customer and on top of that all of the girls are so happy and chatty. Nothing is too much trouble. It was a professional but so relaxed atmosphere. Nikki, your staff are a credit to you.

After almost six months since my last visit to the salon, as my appointment had to be cancelled due to lockdown, I finally feel my hair is tamed and looking it’s best following another excellent colour, in a full head of highlights and and a stylish cut from Georgia.. Thank you for getting my hair into shape again.

A big effort to sort some crazy hair. My absolute thanks to Danika. I think it was hard work but I am very happy! I moved away from Falmouth but have always kept coming back to NV. A fab team.

Having my hair cut at NV Hairdressers was my first real outing after lockdown. It was wonderful to see all the hairdressers and staff. Everyone wore clear protective screens but I could see their smiling faces. The attention everyone has made towards safety is fantastic. I felt completely comfortable and secure in the salon. And I had a wonderful hair cut, as usual!! I look forward to my next appointment.

Abbey allowed for a thorough consultation, resulting in the exact colour and style I was after. Under the current Covid restrictions I felt comfortable and confident that the salon had considered all guidelines and I was made to feel looked after, pampered and relaxed. Loving the new high quality products, my hair feels so much healthier! Thank you Abbey for making me feel human again!!

Everyone was very welcoming - I felt a little anxious coming back especially with the mask wearing but it all went fine. The visors make it much easier to have a conversation. Lovely result too! Thanks Georgia x

Love this salon. You get the latest cutting and colouring techniques, gorgeous designer hair products and first class vip treatment. Nikki is a brilliant host and hairdresser, she always makes you feel special.. Nothing is too much trouble. This salon is The best!

I had Nikki to do my highlights and Georgia for the cut and style, and I want to say how amazing they were! My first time getting my hair cut away from home, and first time getting any colour into it, and they were so helpful and lovely! The space is fantastic and the people there are even better. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Jo is awesome, she managed to do highlights for me although I hadn't booked a long enough appointment. Jaz gives the best head massages and I walked out with a fantastic hair cut and really relaxed and happy. Beautiful salon, beautiful staff.

Danika was so friendly and helpful and happy to adapt to my mobility needs too. I’m really happy with the cut and the views are amazing out the window! Good array of magazines and drinks etc which I think makes it feel more of a treat. She kept checking back with me throughout the hair cut that I was happy which is great.

As always very happy. Had a full head of foils from a box dye, its amazing I love it. Love having my hair done here.

I’ve been coming to NV for 10years and I’ve always received top class treatment. Nikki is an excellent hair dresser and she and the rest of the staff always provide a 5star service. It’s also a nice treat to drink coffee and enjoy the amazing view over the water to Flushing!

What a lovely friendly salon.. I've Recently moved to Falmouth and was hesitant to have my hair done as I'm very fussy and I do my own.. Decided to give NV a go... It’s always a fantastic experience visiting NV. The products are fab and more importantly all the staff are professional and friendly. Nikki is an amazing stylist and colour technician.

Nikki is brilliant. She really analyses my (really awkward) hair to see how it falls and how best to cut it. Once again a very happy customer!
