Very good appointment. I am booked in for a hair cut 11 th with apprentice I have been told the manager Niki will be there for support of stylist doing the cut.

Nikki is really lovely she makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. We discussed all the different options for my hair including special treatments to improve its condition. The cut was just what I was hoping for as I feel now I have a style that suits me and my hair.

After waiting almost 9 months.. My hair was in need of TLC
Nikki always does an exceptionally good colour and cut, and today was no exception.
Thank you Nikki for making me feel like 'me' again.

Nikki did an amazing job with my hair. I was quite particular about what I wanted and she achieved such a great result, she listened so carefully and was so thorough throughout the whole process. Another lovely visit to NV salon. Georgia was great, she listened to what I had in mind and with some images brought in by me, completely got the style and colour that I wanted. I was also given great tips on hair care and products. I really love my regular visits to the NV team and I feel like they are so supportive and always so welcoming. It's always a real treat.

Danika was incredible at fixing my lockdown bleach disaster! Highly recommend Danika for cut and colour, she was fantastic and really helped in the decisions running up to it, and training me in keeping the blonde healthy after!

Incredible experience and will be definitely coming back! The wash and head massage was super relaxing and soothing and the girl (Sadly I didn't catch her name) kept checking if the temperature was okay and if the pressure was okay which is great. Danika was my stylist and couldn't have asked for a better service! She ensured to ask me questions about my preferences throughout the whole cut which is super because normally I'mtoo shy to speak up myself! The end result is EXACTLY how I wanted it, if not better than expected! Highly recommended!!!

My first cut after lockdown and it’s so lovely to feel in safe hands. Love my cut - Thankyou . I feel so lucky to be able to get a London haircut but in the heart of Falmouth - and - with fabulous views of the harbour!

I was so happy to go back to NV for a well-needed colour and cut after almost 5 months!! Danika did an amazing job with the colour, the rose gold is perfect! The service was impeccable and Danika is an amazing artist. I also felt safe and relaxed.

Nikki and her team really are the best. They take their time with you to ensure you get exactly what you want. They talk through the best cut for your face. How much maintenance you want to put into your hair and come up with a finished product that not only makes you look amazing but is easy to maintain and upkeep. They talk through products that suit your hair type and honestly give you such good customer service.

Georgia is always great. First time having my hair short and I LOVE it, managed to donate 10inches of my hair to the princess trust. She made my hair exactly like the example photo. Fantastic!
