Kaelie was absolutely incredible! Made sure I was so comfortable. Explaining what she was doing. Hair wash was so relaxing.

Yet again so very pleased with my hair and the salon! My hair had gone very light in the sun. Jaz really took her time to understand what I wanted and to reassure me that the products were gentle for my damaged hair! I’m so, so pleased with the end result - thank you Jaz! I’m also very impressed with the way all the staff are continually checking in with each other to share experience and learn from each other. As always the salon was spotless, quiet and relaxing, and all the staff are welcoming and friendly!

As always a warm welcome and great attention to detail. All in all a great experience.

I have to say this has been the best salon experience. Greeted with a smiley team, makes all the difference. I let Georgia have full rein of my hair, she did an absolutely stunning cut. Professional and knew exactly how to cut my curly hair and what was best for it. She explained every step, this to me further concreted that she knew exactly what she was doing.

Can’t wait to come back and see her again. Keep going you’re an amazing stylist.

This really is a wonderful hairdressing salon.. The staff are so welcoming and talented . I always am so pleased

Jaz did a fab job with my hair. Really listened to what I wanted and asked all the right questions about hair texture/maintenance etc. Really happy with the results - plus the service, coffee and views were gorgeous! Would definitely recommend.

I came in with wash out pink fading from my hair, Ellie was amazing and created the perfect shade of pink for me. My hair feels so soft and the cut is just perfect! I’m so happy!!

Once again I’ve come away from my appointment feeling very happy with the cut that Nikki has given me.

With Jaz to put foils through my hair which look fantastic and then Kaelie to style and advise me on after-hair care I was in the best hands and I can't thank both of you ladies enough! Jaz very kindly put a toner on afterwards as well to give more definition to the colour and the end result is really lovely. Am so grateful for fitting me in at short notice.
NV is such a wonderful salon and the knowledge and expertise of all the stylists and whole team is impressive, all guided by Nikki's skills and eye for detail. It is always so welcoming and relaxed too, somewhere to look forward to going to and a chance to unwind. Five Stars.

Very pleasant atmosphere, I was greeted very warmly on my arrival from Ruby and seated almost immediately.
Everyone at the salon are very friendly, the salon is very modern and very clean.
Ruby took time to chat regarding the colour to be applied and explained each stage of the process.
I was so pleased the colour applied and the finishing touches from Ruby.
The head massage you receive whilst having your hair washed is amazing and a real treat.
Ruby is very sweet, interactive with you and is highly recommended.
Products for my hair were discussed with me and after trying them at home I now have the colour and life back in my hair.

A big thank you to Ellie! She helped me achieve the hair colour I wished for and guided me on hair care at home to keep the new colour vibrant. I thought I would need a big colour service but she suggested infuse my colour shampoo. It was the best decision for my hair goals and the result was fantastic, so a big big thank you!!

I admit I was a tad nervous as my first time at NV but I was really impressed with how professional, calm and friendly the salon was . Jaz spent some time asking about what I wanted and explained her suggestions for the cut .I decided not to have a major change on this first visit but know I’ll be in very capable hands as and when I do want more of a difference . Leah did a fantastic job from start to finish. Great intro on arrival, regularly checked if I was happy and comfortable throughout. Checked in with Nikki when unsure. Very impressed with the whole experience and learnt alot myself during the haircut!
Didnt appreciate the complex training involved until now.
Thought Nikki was a great teacher, patient and encouraging.

Jaz talked me through each process of cutting and styling my hair. I absolutely love the cut and numerous people have commented on how it suits me.

Leah talked me through each step of my hair dyeing process. She was very warm and welcoming. My hair wash/head massage was extremely relaxing. Loved every minute. Very happy with results of my hair colour.

I cannot recommend the magic that Georgia performs every time on my hair. Arriving with extended outgrown hair length and terrible grey roots, the outcome is nothing short of miraculous. I feel 10 years younger!

Ellie was calm, confident and very personable, making me feel welcome and informing me throughout of what she was doing as well as checking that I was happy with it.
I wish her well with her career, I am sure she will be a real asset to the salon ?
