As always, an appointment at NV is a joy. All the staff are so lovely, considerate and professional. Georgia is a very talented young woman who always gives 100%. She listens and also gives you confidence in her ideas and suggestions. Nothing is too much trouble and I always leave with a fab hair cut, colour and style and feeling wonderful. Can’t recommend NV enough!

Great consultation looking forward to my colour and cut on Saturday ?

My poor hair hadn’t been coloured for a year and I had grown out my colour. The brief was to darken the too blonde ends with low lights and lighten the regrowth with baby highlights keeping the natural tone of my hair which had grown through.

Jaz made sure we were on the same page with my expectations and what she was going to do and followed the brief perfectly.

She cut and blow dried my hair beautifully.

The result is fabulous. Very happy customer.

The whole salon experience was a pleasure. You can tell the ethos of the owner Nicki rubs off on the staff. All very friendly and laid back but professional.

Jaz was great, listened to what I was hoping for and looked up some ideas to check with me. Explained the cut throughout and made sure i was happy with the cut before I left. I am very happy.

Lovely environment! Georgia is very patient and committed to ensuring you leave with what you want! She has managed to fit me in to resolve a problem with my hair and makes sure I leave happy every time with the end result and makes me feel comfortable to return in case something isn’t right!

I cannot thank Nicki enough for doing such a wonderful job on my hair with an excellent restyle, subtle highlights and a lovely colour. My hair had really suffered during a recent illness and was so much better after Nicki’s expert attention. I felt completely safe from a COVID risk point of view and came out of the salon feeling so much better.

Perfect colour match from Georgia and lovely overdue cut and style from Nikki. It’s so light, I love it! Picked up some lovely Christmas gifts too. Thank you as always x

Great hair stylist. Haven't been for a while. Missed her brilliant hair cuts and styling.

She did an excellent job at cutting my hair off, she took off about 5 inches ans checked I was happy before the big cut. It looks great, just what I was after, took some of the weight out of it and was a perfectionist

She did an amazing job! Ok don't have the easiest hair it's dry, long and plentiful! Unbelievably happy.

I was highly impressed with the excellent treatment I received.
It was 8 months ago since I last had my hair cut and it was such a treat.
Georgia did an amazing job and I felt comfortable with the hygiene level.
The entire salon was a superb atmosphere and I wish them well in the future.
Will definitely be back and hopefully a lot sooner than 8 months.

I come away from NV feeling confident that my hair looks great. Nikki is such a perfectionist.

Thankfully I had a pre booked appointment for a full head of highlights and a cut just prior to the second lockdown. My hair was in need of a long overdue make-over, and once again the results are outstanding. Thank you to Georgia who understands so much about my hair; colour, length and shape.

Will have to travel to Falmouth fir my haircut now! Really pleased with the cut and the advice I received. It was really nice to have a Stylist who actually did what I wanted!

Couldn’t think of a better way to spend a very wet and windy afternoon, being pampered having my hair done, very enjoyable and so pleased with the result.

Always good to come to the salon, quiet yesterday lunchtime, felt quite safe.
