Whilst it can be unnerving moving to a nee hairdressers, I’m glad I made that move ! The whole experience from start to finish has been extremely positive. Attention to detail and a great result !!! Wish I had found them earlier ??

I always feel so welcome in their gorgeous salon. They talk through what you would like and help you if you weren't sure. I love getting my hair done and Georgia gets my colour right every single time. It is an amazing atmosphere and you leave feeling like a million bucks! Thank you ladies! ?

Lovely salon - friendly and welcoming and relaxed. Really pleased with my head massage, cut and the quality of products used! Thanks - booked again!

I think they did an amazing job! Had three girls work their magic on my hair and received valuable advice! Got 3/4 head of highlights on my natural blonde hair and it is the perfect shade. Had a layered haircut and style which is perfect for my thin texture to give me more volume.

Elly is a trainee at NV. Her cuts are so good you would never know she is a trainee. All that gives it away is the gentle extremely knowledgeable guidance she receives from Nikki during the appointment. I am always delighted with my cut, I regularly challenge Elly with different styles and she never fails me . She explains the texture of my hair and what is achievable. She listens well and communicates in a way I find highly approachable. I consistently leave the salon feeling refreshed and ten years younger. What more could I ask for.

I am quite anxious when going to the hairdresser as I have not been listened to before and have ended up unhappy with my hair.
This was the complete opposite to how I felt at NV! Everyone at the salon made me feel so comfortable and listened to. Jaz listened to what I liked and disliked and took the time to cut my hair in a way that made me happy. I adore my haircut and will definitely be a regular customer.

Jaz is a naturally brilliant hairdresser. She listens so well, and I left the salon feeling a hundred times happier with my hair than when I went in! The friendly atmosphere, fresh coffee, beautiful views, and long, relaxing complimentary head massage proved exactly what I needed after a busy week. Well what a pleasant surprise, I have had Bob haircuts most of my life ( 62years) and have had a range of interesting results but Ellie’s Bob is definitely a cut above, I’m am very impressed with the professionalism and accuracy of such a difficult haircut. There’s no doubt I will be returning for more bob cut fun and experimenting with different bobs as I have complete confidence in Ellie. What an asset she is to NV hair salon. I was so impressed with the whole experience. Ellie and Jaz were so professional, knowledgeable and very skilled in what they do. It was great to have Ellie’s expertise in colour and Jaz’s expertise in cutting. A great team. All the staff were warm and welcoming and made the whole experience a real treat.

As usual brilliant experience. Jaz takes such a lot of trouble to make you feel really at home.

The service at NV Hair was the most attentive I've ever experienced at any hair salon and I've been to salons in New York and London to name but a few, so that's saying something. Everyone was friendly and professional and ensured I was comfortable and happy throughout my visit.
Ellie clearly loves her job as this shone through. She didn't rush, was keen to hear my thoughts and was happy to take a second opinion from a colleague. She was a pleasure to deal with and I will certainly be returning. Thank you.

I came in with a specific style and therefore it was a little tricky! But mostly there :)

Lovely bright new lights which look so subtle and natural the way they blend into the rest of my hair. Thank you Jaz for your skills and knowledge and to Kaelie for superb styling.

I was warmly greeted by the lovely receptionist at NV, which is always gratefully received! Nikki my stylist, was so kind and welcoming when she met me, she introduced herself and asked me what I would like (instead of previous hairdressers telling me that I couldn’t have x, y and z). She was professional and made me feel in full control of the haircut and delivered such wonderful results after discussing a plan together. I would throughly recommend to anyone who is nervous approaching new hairdressers like myself - the staff here will make you feel at ease and Nikki was just lovely. The woman who washed my hair and did a head massage was also fabulous. Next appointment is booked and I am very grateful to all who make it a good experience. Fabulous view from within the hairdressers as well!

This is the second time Iv been to this salon with this stylist.
It was a really pleasant morning, everyone is so kind and approachable. They make is easy to chat.
My stylist is lovely, I really feel like she listens to what I want. She gives me realistic expectations, she uses products I’m happy with and styles my hair at end however I choose. It’s not just a hair appointment it’s a nice experience to chat and catch up etc, it’s a beautiful salon but I never feel out of place or discriminated against.

Thanks Nikki, for the cut and blow dry, can’t believe that it’s still looking good 2 days later after a couple of windy dog walks. Thanks Jill

A completely personal service focused on healthy hair and a great result - whilst taking in the loveliest views. The first salon I’ve been too where there is such care about what is right for your hair Could not recommend Nikki and her team more highly.

Had my colour with Georgia and cut with Jaz, who were both lovely. Hair colour/style is exactly what I wanted and love the fact it's low maintenance. Would recommend ?

I’ve been coming to NV for over 10 years and Nikki and the girls are all excellent. Leah did a fantastic job on Tuesday and as always I enjoyed feeling pampered whilst looking at the wonderful view across to Flushing. I would never go anywhere else.

I cannot thank Nikki & Jaz enough, these girls took the time to listen and understand the problems I had with my hair and scalp.
Now, one week later, after a smoothing treatment, I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the results. Results that I know I would not have achieved at any other salon.
Why I know this?.......because Jaz individually tailored this system for me, not a 'one cap fits all' approach. She painstakingly targeted my problem areas strand by strand whilst at all times being kind, gentle and sympathetic to my scalp condition.
I cannot recommend this salon highly enough, where here you are an individual, in the hands of people who really care.
