The NV team are professional and friendly and they know how to put the client first and make them feel fabulous. Ruby worked her magic on my hair today with a colour and cut and it’s not looked so great or felt so healthy in years. Today Ellie restyled my hair into something fantastic. She worked perfectly with my hair type and the pictures I brought helping my hair achieve the absolute full potential of the style I required. Modern, sexy, fun, feminine and very manageable for home styling. I can't recommend this salon and the stylists enough, especially after all the disasters I've experienced elsewhere..

Absolutely amazing service, Ellie did an incredible job on my hair and couldn't have done more for me. She really explained the technical reasons why she did different things and used different products. Nicki was also great and kept checking on me throughout. Ellie is so knowledgeable and talented, I can't recommend her enough!

It was my first visit to the salon. It’s a lovely place, with a beautiful view, and a relaxing atmosphere. Kind and welcoming staff. Jaz was great, gave me good advice on the haircut, and always told me what she was doing and why, including explaining the products she used on my hair. I was very pleased with the haircut, and my hair was super soft and shiny! I was also offered a complimentary head massage during hair washing, which left me feeling super relaxed! Great salon, will become my go to place here in Falmouth.

Georgia is amazing! She has a great understanding of curly hair and really cares about what she is doing - I am always super pleased with the result!

I was so lucky to get a last minute appointment and leapt at the chance, so pleased that I did…. Lovely salon and incredibly attentive staff… Jazz really listened and made excellent suggestions as well as making sure that I was really happy with the results… I was even offered a Pimm’s ( the best I’ve ever had) while my hair was cut… excellent experience all round and I feel that at last I’ve found my perfect salon

I came to NV hairdressers having had a bad experience at another salon. Jaz did my colour and cut and she takes so much time to discuss what you want & talk you through what she's doing (I think this is part of the ethos of the whole salon). She obviously takes detailed notes as remembered everything we'd discussed at previous appointment some 10weeks ago.
Also the salon has a beautiful outlook over the water near greenbank and is a lovely place to sit!

Another fab trip to this highly recommended salon. You will always be greeted with big smiles, the NV team just can’t do enough for you. As always my colour, with the lovely colour expert Georgia, was just right and just what I asked for. Everyone gets an individual hair experience, using the latest techniques,and luxury products. Cannot recommend enough!

This time just a cut and blow dry, so decided on a slightly different shape. Very pleased with the new look.
