I have never written a review in my life but I am so please with my new hair and the service! Ellie was amazing and I’d love to have her again! staff were incredible and so lovely and kind. Lovely staff and service. Jaz is very friendly and very accommodating with my apprehensions due to negative past hairdressers in different salons. Took the time to find out my hair needs and used products that help that and working well but didn't force to buy, just explained their benefits. Fixed my hair and made sure I liked the outcome, feels more healthy and is even. Would highly recommend.

Finally have the nicest, most natural beigey blonde hair. So pleased with it. As always Jaz and Nikki take the time to listen to what you want and properly look at your reference photos. Everything is talked through with you and I feel very safe in Jaz's hands.

Really great cut as always, super pleased. Blowdry so good hair just falls into place after I've slept on it! Highly recommended - I wouldn’t trust any other salon.

Very pleased with style, service and advice

Was really happy with my restyle results- now have a short slightly graduated bob - Ellie is so professional and explained every step and gave great advice on the styles aftercare - she is a very lovely person it was a pleasure to have her cut my hair - of course the gorgeous view over Falmouth Bay from the Salon adds to the whole experience - would definitely come back.

Don’t be scared to have a haircut (long layers) by an apprentice at NV. Jodie closely supervised by Nikki did a wonderful job and I didn’t feel nervous at any point. Jodie made sure she got Nikki involved at any point she wasn’t sure. In these times of financial hardship, it’s an invaluable way to get your hairstyles for free. Thanks guys xx

She did an absolutely stunning job of my hair and I’m quite fussy with my hair! All the girl’s attention to detail is incredible! They’re clean and helpful and I’m absolutely in love with my hair! Had such a great experience at NV salon. Beautiful location, really friendly staff and Georgia, my stylist and colourist did such a beautiful job. I wanted a balayage on brown hair and she managed to blend in some beautiful blondes, honey tones with NO streaks! Great service and lovely to chat to! Thanks NV, I will be back!

Georgia was fantastic! This was my first visit to the salon and we had a thorough consultation before starting. She understood what I was trying to achieve and suggested the best option for my hair type. Georgia explained each step throughout the process and I’m so pleased with the result! She’s also incredibly personable which made the whole experience really relaxing. Great head massage too! I would highly recommend NV and Georgia.
