Had a lovely haircut by Shay, who was also lovely! All the staff were friendly and managed to fit me in at short notice. I have finally lost my lockdown hairdo!

Fabulous Inkfish team always make me feel welcome. Today, Carla had the challenge of correcting the disastrous lockdown home colour efforts (at least five different shades). I left with lovely highlighted, grown-up looking hair.

Having been shielding, I was terrified to go to the hairdressers for the first time since Covid lockdown. My hair was a disgrace! Shay and the team made me feel safe and welcome, and managed to make the whole thing a relaxing experience in spite of all the safety measures in place and my anxiety. I was extremely happy with my first visit / consultation. The salon staff all wore the correct ppe everyone was very polite, they require a 50% deposit which I think is the correct way to go under current conditions, I'm so looking forward to having my hair coloured and cut with Shay. Who was brilliant with me.

I am so utterly in love with my hair it's hard to find the words to explain how happy I am. Megan from Falmouth was so committed to providing a 100% customer service. She adhered to my preference of colour and cut and treatment, my hair has always felt amazing when I leave Inkfish and from the last time I had my hair done until now due to covid would have been 6 months? And it still looked really good but just need a cut and roots. Beautiful salon, friendly and lovely atmosphere . So happy!!!!

From the friendly greetings from the reception team, trainee stylists to the senior team members, the experience was like being welcomed home. All hygiene and social distancing done, while still retaining the friendliness of the salon. Carla , thank you for giving me a wonderful colour and cut.

very relaxed experience. Brilliant cut as always but prices seem to have gone quite a bit! Will have to space out visits longer.

As usual I was very pleased with my hairstyle but once again enjoyed the warm friendly atmosphere.

After almost 18 weeks since my hair was last coloured and cut I was so excited to get an appointment. Although everyone was so lovely at the salon working in strange circumstances, I left feeling disappointed with my colour that after two days is now yellow bleach blonde rather than the silver that it was supposed to be. The toner doesn’t appear to have taken at all.

First colour and cut since February and it was worth waiting for. Thank you Carla. All a bit different but still enjoyable.
