I walked out of the Salon feeling like a million dollars. You listened, you understood, and the result was exactly what I was looking for.
The whole experience from walking in the door with my enquiry 10 days ago to walking back out of the door yesterday was second to none and a testament to what seems to be the ethos of the salon, with everyone friendly, approachable and part of a clear “team”.

Jess was very patient and did a good dry cut on marinas hair ..she’s only just turned 5 and it was her first time at the hairdressers

Jessica cut my hair for the first time today. It very often takes two or three cuts with a new hairdresser but Jessica knew exactly where I was coming from straight away. Yusuf is my usual stylist (he’s away just now) but I would have no hesitation recommending Jessica or asking for her again if Yusuf was unavailable. Thank you Jessie.

As alway a visit to Tommy‘s is class! Starting from the receptionist's welcome to your final haircut everything is presented beautifully and executed with precision. A joy!

First time in the salon. Jess was really friendly and welcoming, she took time beforehand to discuss the style I wanted. I was really pleased with my hair and it feels so much lighter now after a much needed cut. I love the style too! The atmosphere in the salon was friendly and I felt very comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

Ten minutes or so with Milly for a “fringe” cut makes all the difference between cuts. Doesn’t have to be the fringe, just wherever a quick snip is needed. Such a good service provided by Tommys for a small fee. Always a fun experience too! Thank you!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and made to feel welcome. Jess who did my hair was very professional and friendly. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit, with everything explained fully before proceeding with my cut. I am over the moon with my hair after having such a bad experience previously and I look forward to returning in the near future.

Omg i love my hair it looks amazing, I’ve started going to Tommys recently not because Ela is my cousin and my best friend but because it genuinely has the best staff, service and just everything. Everyone was so lovely too me. I deffo recommend going to Tommys either with ela or with anyone else. Ela genuinely makes your hair feel and look like a dream. She also makes the experience amazing. Camilla has been seeing to my hair for many years. Always does an excellent job. Feels and looks amazing afterwards. Can not fault Tommy’s at all. The place is always spotless and the staff helpful and friendly. Only place I will go to.

Absolutely beautiful salon, all the stylists and staff are very friendly and a great team, ela done my hair today and it was absolutely beautiful, I’m new to the area but this is now my salon and I would not go anywhere else, the atmosphere and ambience was just so relaxing, I highly recommend this place to anyone, thank you for a lovely visit and I will see you all soon

I both appreciated and enjoyed my visit to Tommy's yesterday. From the welcome from everyone to the time Alisha finished my hair. This was time well spent in a Salon where the staff are at the top of their skill level. The Salon is spotlessly clean and tidy and very well furnished in every respect. I appreciated the interaction from all the staff with all the clients who came in. My hair now looks amazing. I felt transformed when I left the Salon. Thank you.Alisha, you are amazing.
