Cherise Amore Mold / Yr Wyddgrug, Clwyd

This is the third time Aimee has cut my hair. My appointment was 9am. I was early but that was not a problem. I was sat down, gowned up and offered a coffee straight away ? Aimee came for a chat about what we're doing today and offered a conditioning treatment, which I accepted. My hair was washed and I sat for five minutes with a hot treatment on my hair, which felt wonderful ? Aimee then trimmed my cut my hair and defuse dried it for me. I like it looking a bit scruffy. As on the last two occasions, I walked away feeling great ? Aimee and the other staff are lovely ? A massive THANK YOU to Aimee ????? again for a wonderful experience.
PS. We didn't chat about colour because I wanted the colour cutting out, for me to just leave it natural.

It isn’t just about a haircut it is that feel good factor when you come out excellent cut plus all the trimmings mouse etc. overall a very good experience.

Tracey has cut my hair today Amazing,im so so pleased. If you want a short undercut style then Tracey is an excellent stylist .so talented at short styles and gives good advice.

I had the pleasure of Kirsty doing my colour & cut, she knew exactly what I wanted and created the perfect style. She made sure I was happy and comfortable, brilliant stylist and lovely girl!

Also Cherise and the other girls went above and beyond to make my son comfortable with an ipad sweets and popcorn all whilst sitting waiting for me to have my hair done.

Another fabulous hair cut from Aimee! She went above and beyond to help keep my curly blow dry defined so it would hold for a wedding I had the following day. It still looked perfect in the morning! Always a delight to visit the salon x

My first time here and so glad my niece told me to go!!
I have seriously poor hair condition. I’ve lost all my confidence as I’ve lost so so much of my hair and it’s not in good health! I had a family wedding recently and 1 hairdresser actually refused to touch my hair because of its poor condition. Again I apologise but there’s nothing I can do about it.
So I piped in a couple of days before the wedding on a wing and a prayer that they may be able to squeeze me in BUT they were fully booked BUT offered me their next appointment with Tracey!
I AM SO PLEASED THEY DID!!!
I felt nervous, on edge and at one point thought “WTF am I doing?” I’ll be honest I nearly cancelled last minute!
I didn’t know what to expect, my hairs not good at all, it’s falling out the little bit I have left and I’ve already been told “NO” by a hairdresser so why o why would I put myself threw this again???
BUT against all odds I actually went, and early, AND walked threw the doors and do you know what? I’m so glad I did!!!
NO I didn’t know what to expect BUT what I got was respect, kindness, a chat, put at easy AND a cup of tea with a biscuit!
Tracey is fantastic, we got talking and it helped we knew some of the same people and family so I relaxed and as soon as I did I just said “ do what you think/want is best for me as I’m no hairdresser! And she has done a fantastic job and I look AMAZING!!!!!!
Hopefully this cloud 9 feeling will last till I go back and see her and hopefully my hair will be just as good looking then as it is now!

Friendly atmosphere excellent experience

I am travelling from Rhos on Sea for the skills of the staff. They all very helpful and attentive. I leave the salon with the style I wanted, with a big smile and feel happy about the result. There is always warm welcome at the salon. Thank you very much Cherise and all the staff.

On Friday 18th May I came to see a friend, Lesley, who was having a Nano treatment done. I listened to what Les was saying and watched as Aimee did exactly what was said. Then whilst Les was getting sorted to pay I asked Aimee when she could fir me in, she said now. Excellent ? She listened to what I said and did it. I haven't dyed my hair for 17 months and wanted the left over colour gone without going too short. That's exactly what was done. A little bit of colour was left so as not to go too short. Aimee then advised I come back in 6 weeks to chip the rest of the colour off. I'm looking forward to coming back.
Everyone was so lovely. Tracey lowered the seat and made me a coffee even though I was only chatting with my friend at that point. It was a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to coming back. Aimee was absolutely lovely, polite, happy to give advice. Wonderful ? Thank you ?

Very pleased with my cut and blow dry today. The salon was busy but they managed to fit me in and I wasn’t disappointed.

Cherise has been helping me to grow my hair since my first visit in November 2022. I always look forward to my time in the salon as Cherise and team always make you feel very welcome. From the moment I walked through the door in November when looking for a new hairdresser that would take on board my aspirations I knew that Cherise would be the perfect person.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and attentive. Love my hair every time, and my little girl does, they make her feel so special.

Amazing colour! Aimee is so lovely and made sure I liked everything throughout the process, I only thing is I had hair dye all the back of my ears and in my ears and around my face but it's not a big thing at all. Definitely recommend
