It was truly a friendly, professional, and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasure to visit the ial academy salon today. The salon lecturers Michelle and Jane were extremely attentive to their students, and you could see all the students thriving in this environment. I was a bit nervous having not been to a salon in a few years after having my baby, Shannon made me feel at ease from the minute we met. She came across confident in her trade and I felt immediately comfortable with her, and my daughter too (as I couldn't get childcare). It's mad to trust a stranger with your hair but to me once we met it didn't feel like a stranger doing my hair, I couldn't compliment her enough for making me feel a million dollars again, and I will be returning, also love the colour!!
