I am in London for a few weeks. I hadn't had time to visit my hairdresser before my trip, so I set out to find a good one. I researched this salon—located right next to my son's school—based on Google reviews and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. Mattia is very attentive, explains things clearly, and is highly attuned to what the client wants. Above all, he is incredibly talented. Even though there was a language barrier, he was so friendly and helpful that I didn't face any difficulties at all. I received excellent service at every stage, from the hair wash to the cut and blow-dry. What's more, this turned out to be my favorite hairstyle ever—because hair usually reveals its true look a few hours after leaving the salon, and the more I look in the mirror, the more I love it. Dominec has cut my hair for several years. He is a lovely person, gives great advice and is an excellent stylist. My cut lasts a long time, even after 8 weeks it holds it's shape. I would highly recommend him.

I have been looking inking and looking for a hair stylist in London who has flair and enthusiasm. Finally I found her! Olga is passionate about why she does and she does it so very well. And what a wonderful space in and old beautifully refurbished bank in Hampstead.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Vakrat. The whole team was dedicated which made me feel so well looked after. From the staff’s hospitality when I arrived, to the relaxing head massage (best I’ve ever had) to the actual haircut. I came in wanting a textured pixie with a fringe after growing my hair out for a while, and my stylist Domenic really heard me.
Going back to short hair felt like a big moment for me, and the result is exactly what I was after thanks to Domenic’s great work. Highly recommend!
I haven't been to a hair salon in 10 years and was afraid of putting my really long hair under anyone's scissors. I couldn't be happier with the lovely Olga and her meticulous work! She's fantastic, a super professional who immediately understood exactly what I wanted and needed from a haircut - I left feeling prettier than a Queen - we kept my beloved length and my hair now looks full and healthy, with a flattering shape around the face, I am most grateful! Also, that hair wash chair and head massage are out of this world!
In the few months that I have become a regular client at Vakrat, each experience has been seamless and positive. Its a wonderful environment, but more importantly everyone there is professional and helpful, as if thats just how things should be (but so often are not). Ziville is so talented, artistic and lovely-its always a joy to spend time with her, as well as have her do my hair. No getting away from the wow factor of the building, inside and out, it's beautiful and such a relaxing environment. However, what really matters is the outstanding quality of hair service i received. I researched carefully before finding a hairdresser, and what clients were saying about Olga is that they would go wherever she goes - i know why now! Olga listened, advised and worked meticulously on my hair, i trusted her because she is serious about her work and she made me feel valued. I am over the moon with the transformation of my hair, the color (and cut) is stunning, exactly what I wanted and it's in lovely condition too. I booked my second appointment already.
