TONI&GUY Crouch End in London

Jo in crouch end has been cutting & colouring my hair since the start of this year. I go in looking like I’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards but I leave with the most amazing hair. She colours it so well and goes above and beyond with the cut too.

Not the service I expect from Toni & Guy or experienced in any of their other branches.

1- Didn’t wash the existing product out of my hair prior to starting to cut.
2- No wash or rinse at all during the appointment.
3- Didn’t clear the hair from my neck and face until the very end, making it a very uncomfortable sitting.
4- Didn’t cut the style I asked for at the beginning or cut it to the same length leaving patches of longer hair I now need to fix.

Could have gone to any barbers for 1/4 of the price. Won’t be returning to this branch again.

Very happy with my hair and colour

This was the first time getting my hair cut at T&G Crouch End as I had moved cities away from my old hairdresser. Angelo was so lovely, put all my concerns at ease and did a great job! Was a very relaxing hour and I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I have been visiting Toni & Guy Crouch End for many years, and always rely on Regine for a superb cut and flawless style advice and Chloe for fabulous colour. Having my hair done elsewhere in the past has not always been a happy experience, but I visit these lovely ladies relaxed and confident in the knowledge that I will leave looking restored to my best self.

I probably shouldn't have expected too much from a hair appointment sandwiched between Christmas and New Years. Stylist didn't want to listen to me, and wasn't interested in the pictures that I had brought with me. It's a good cut, but she took off a good 2-3 cm more that I asked for, it looks too short for my face shape, and isn't what I wanted at all. Will look elsewhere for my next cut.

Since having had cancer treatment for nearly a year I gave up on how I looked without hair. After 4 months since chemo my hair had started growing back and was growing in all sorts of weird ways that needed some care. Tbh I didn’t think my hair was worth cutting but when I met Steve I felt he knew exactly what was needed and I am so impressed from the precise cut and attention I received from the beautiful lady at the desk to Steve acknowledging what my partial hair growth needed! I walked out feeling fabulous and looking great! Thank you guys you made my year!

I visited the Crouch End branch recently and booked in with Steve the franchisee. I had been a loyal customer of Vidal Sassoons for more than a decade. I have a phobia of hairdressers and a real knack for putting hairdressers on edge. As soon as I entered the salon Steve greeted me from a far which instantly put me at ease. During my consultation I explained my fear and he was fearless in dealing with me - which I needed. I really liked that he shampooed my hair and also dried it. Quite often in sassoons you are passed between different members of staff for different tasks. Steve was easy to talk to and I really enjoyed the conversation. I always find at the salon that I’m happy with the results but the real test is always going home and washing and styling it myself. For the first time in years I actually felt I like my hair was better after than it was before after styling myself. I am a harsh critic and this was a great cut. I’m looking forward to returning and even feel like returning more than my usual annual cut. Thankyou Steve for your patience and care and attention.

What by washing my hair in cold water and not offering me a drink and leaving me with a junior and my hair not even being checked by the stylist who did it? Funny idea of spoiling.

Not happy. The style i got was not what i asked for/described. Stylist not interested in talking or any type of engagement with me. its a big deal when trying out a new hair dresser and now I'm going to have to try another one.
