The title says it all, my experience in this salon was horrendous. Booked a haircut and blow dry, and ombre colour (which was supposed to be 50% off but I basically ended up paying full price given that I was charged £30 for a toner treatment, the cost of which I was not informed of). I explained what haircut I wanted and even showed a picture and the senior director (the second highest level of hairdresser) who did my hair seemed not to be listening/interested in what I wanted. Even when she did ask me again later on, she proceeded not to do it. Throughout my 2h stay I was constantly offered treatments, colour lock in shampoos etc, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. Do not recommend and will not return
