Doreen is attentive and adroit. She made me feel so comfortable and at home with her. I would definitely return for her. Everyone in the salon was incredulously friendly and helpful. Ive enjoyed my hair trimming experience with them. Thank you.

Monica followed through with exactly what I wanted, she’s honestly a perfectionist and gave me good recommendations such as advising on a haircut and if I was okay with the colour before proceeding to the next step! She even made sure I was provided with good products to maintain my highlights.

Arrived looking the worst for wear after the chrimbo festivities. Left looking ready to take on 2024. Thank you to all!

I am extreme lucky. The salon receptionist found the way to book me straight away. Nice and polite service. Moreover, Pam gentle hands helped me to get rid of stress. She listened me catefully with cheerful smile and managed to create the excelent styling , in exactly how I wanted making me very happy. My hair are shiny and vivid, he added volume and shape nicely fit and make I left very satisfied and proce was a nice surprise too ! Highly recommended place with free parking! Lovely team. My visit this time was a whole lot better. The salon was busy and clean …the floors were swept , the mirrors were smear free and everything looked a lot more like a professional salon, long may it continue as there is a lot of competition out there and cleanliness is key !

I always book David as he is a first class stylist.
I think there is loyalty to the stylists there and they should be congratulated for all their hard work !

I had a fantastic highlights and colour by Vjollca. So professional and you can tell years of experience I felt confident she will do a great job and she did. She's an asset to Regis hair and very hard worker. Also had a lovely head massage.100% recommend her to anyone and I will stay with her now for my colour. Thanks so much!!

David is wonderful. He is kind, highly competent, listens well and is really attentive. Such an asset to the salon

Excellent Stylist with wonderful friendly manner

My hair is virtually one length instead of layered as requested. As a result, it now looks droopy instead of holding its natural kink. Scrunching the lengths as the stylist was initially doing doesn't work: it needs to be scrunched from the top.
The salon charges £45 for a colour mask, the same as for semi-permanent colour. A tube costs £16 and the whole application and waiting time combined take no more than 20 minutes.
Combing through a few drops of Moroccanoil only took a minute and was charged at £ 25. This is an excessive price for what takes no time at all. The small bottle I took home cost £ 10.

Very patient and polite and did exactly what I asked. Would highly recommend her to my friends

Great cut and blow dry and fab finish. Patrice made me feel relaxed throughout as she was lovely.

Stylist always do a good job however the management customer service not so great - avoid online bookings as they do not honour the price stated or paid once the services is carried out and head office customer service is useless

Another lovely haircut by the talented Stella, who never disappoints.

Brilliant stylists however pricing clarity regarding colour on Regis website is unclear

The stylist was not good
Didn’t check the length of my fringe and just cut.
It’s all uneven and definitely not the length I asked
I look absolutely ridiculous now
and didn’t protect my clothes from the cut hair only used a very dirty town for what I could tell was used for cleaning

Lulu has been my hairdresser for years. I have been to other hairdressers but no one ever quite gets it right in the way that LULU does, she hits the nail on the head every time with my colour knowing exactly what I need and what suits and is also such a lovely girl!
