I could go to Amy blindfolded and leave her to cut my hair, such is her skill and expertise not just in cutting hair but understanding what is right for each of her clients. She is also a delight to spend time with.

I visited the salon twice. The first time I was not satisfied with the demi colour and I politely requested a revisit which the salon team were only too happy to offer, and today I had a wonderful afternoon with a brilliant result from a master colourist and I am more than happy and will be coming back soon! Special mention to Ellie who set me up with the best blow-out bouncy hair! A new do can really enhance one's mood. I am so pleased with this result!

When booking I definitely hesitated on the price, but this is by far, one of the best cuts I’ve ever received. Amy really listened to the vision I had and I left with a cut that was far better than I could’ve imagined! Couldn’t recommend Amy enough.

Amy has looked after my hair for a few years now, especially for correct re-tints and treatments to help with hair health etc, Amy is always very professional, cheerful and a pleasure to chat with; she always briefs and checks her team’s work too with helps with each visit.
The Aveda range is consistently good and innovative, ecologically caring for hair health.
My only regret is that I cannot always book in at Primrose Hill due to the salon not being open on Sunday and Monday which limits client choice at times !

I love going to this salon. The staff are so friendly and professional. Before coming here I used to leave my former hairdresser feeling miserable about my hair. At Primrose Hill I am invariably extremely happy with my colour and cut. Coming to this salon feels like the stylists take trouble to understand both you and your hair.
