Went to book Saturday they could fit me in but I was not made to feel good enough by the blond receptionist £157.00 well do you want to book! With that attitude NO!! Just wasn't made to feel welcome! A lost customer

Having had a consultation before venturing into a hair highlight and then proceeding to having my hair highlighted, I was profoundly disappointed in the outcome of the colour and the attitude of the colour professional at the end of the colour.!..to have paid over 300 pounds for such highlights that were hardly visible in my personal opinion was a complete un professional experience and lack of qualified experience in such a profession.!

Gary,has been my sister's & my hairdresser for almost ten years he is very talented,understands anxiety,but above works wonders & is very patient & experienced & passionate person all puts me at ease, skip out after an appointment thank you Gary

Quoted £66 on my booking for a blow dry; I was extremely surprised and disappointed that the blow dry doesnt include styling and ended up being charged £96 for the pleasure. Made a complaint to DG and was told I would be refunded the £30; still yet to receive this a month later. £96 for an apprentice to wash my hair & the stylist to part dry it... I wont be going again.

I always have my washes and blow drys by Ellie Thurbin in the Salon. She is a brilliant individual and I find the quality of the service that she provides is outstanding! Keep up the good work

Gary Price has saved my sanity on many occasions; he is a miracle worker in my opinion. Alopecia blighted my life and badly affected my confidence when I was younger (wish I had known Gary then!). When female pattern baldness struck again years later (during a ton of stress and peri-menopausal) it was a massive blow to my self-image, but from the minute I met Gary he helped me to accept the situation, to not worry every time I looked in the mirror and to feel as if I could cope with whatever happened next. Losing your crowning glory is very hard and it’s even harder to trust anyone to deal with this, but Gary is worth every penny. If you need a wig, he is the only medical hair specialist I would trust to make something very special. I can’t thank him enough for improving my confidence and self-esteem when I was at an all-time low and on every occasion since.

I visited the salon last week and had a fantastic experience. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. I had my colour done by Grace. Grace took the time to give me great advice about what hair colour would work best for me. I was extremely pleased with the results and will definitely be returning.

Gary’s expertise in wigs/hairloss is fantastic. I visited him today and as always came out looking great and feeling confidant

It was my first time in this salon. And I will definitely come back! Stefano the color director was truly amazing and so meticulous! He understood what I was asking for and he did it perfectly! In love with my blonde!!! Yes. It’s quite expensive, but c’mon guys let’s say the truth! Years of experience, high quality product, outstanding location!!! If you really care about your hair, just call them.

I went in to Daniel Galvin in selfridges and was warmly welcomed by the receptionists. It’s a great atmosphere in the salon and does give off the high end salon vibe. But the cut and blow dry I received was not. It felt really rushed and to be honest was not worth the money I paid for what I received. Im not one to complain usually, but I was put in the chair had my hair hacked at, blow dryed and sent on my way... as if it was a conveyer belt of clients for her.

My hair feels amazing and Nadia took her time to explain the process of my hair treatment and my hair is more manageable

I managed to track Ben down when he moved salons as he had given me the best cut I’ve ever had. He is a quiet, friendly and creative craftsman - I fully recommend him (and he makes the noise, chaos and poshness of sekfrudges worthwhile. Everyone in the salon friendly.

Amazing

I had an excellent treatment, thought the staff were wonderful, but I avoid going here. Why? It really frustrates me that when I spend almost £300 on a treatment, a coffee or tea isn't included and is instead charged at almost £5. I would go here for every treatment were it not for this, which makes me feel a little bit indignant whenever I visit. Such a shame. I now only come back when I can't get in elsewhere, in spite of the fact I really love the staff!

I couldn’t find the name below, but George did an amazing job on cutting my hair after 6 months he was so helpful in the advice what to do and did a great job with the cut and blow dry after I left I got amazing compliments! Thank you so much!!

Nadia is brilliant at colour - makes hair look a million times better & natural at the same time- and she's great fun. Daniel Galvin isn't exactly cheap but it's money well spent. Wouldn't dream of going any where else!

As always Tommy did an excellent job colouring my hair exactly how I like it. Reece cut my hair for the first time & also did an excellent job. She really listened to me & used her expertise to cut & style my hair (which is very fine) very well - it’s lovely, thank you.
