For over 5 years I go back time and time again, especially for the unique style that I named ‘My Parisian Hair’. I wear my hair quite short, and the way Alessandro cuts it is fascinating. Even short styles have many grades of length, so every time Alessandro feels (without me saying too much) which length will suit my mood and attitude. But with so many options available, I always somehow look and feel very Parisian - the result is natural, elegant with personality, extremely feminine, confident and super powerful. And the cut gets better and better over the months as well, until I get impatient and want to relive the experience - so I book another appointment!

Had a botched hair colour a couple of weeks ago in another salon and heard of the Daniel Galvin salon. Decided to make an appointment with one of the colourists for a chat before making any future appointments.
The lady I spoke to was Jade, she was very helpful and and very honest and decided I should wait a little longer before colouring my hair next due to condition ! Looking forward to making my next summer hair appointment :) also reception was really friendly and very helpful ..

I went in for colour. Came out with orange auburn hair, and the roots were visible one week later. As Jade had said to come back if the colour wasn't right I did, the week later but was charged the full amount again. I told them at the reception and they said they couldn't do any thing at that time but would raise the issue. I received a message from Lisa and called back but the lady was away. I called back but I am still waiting. Very disappointed.

Cheryl is wonderful. Not only does she always provide the best cut and blow dry a girl could ask for I always have so much fun and love the whole experience. Before going to Cheryl three years ago I rarely went back to a hairdresser twice but once Cheryl took my hair from waist length to short lob I have never looked back and now would not let anyone else touch my hair! She is the best! The salon is beautiful. The service is always top and I always leave feeling a million dollars!

Bad experience. Gloss left red streaks on forehead and nose and scalp burned on returning home. Had to wash hair again but scalp still itchy and tender.
