Negative feedback first: It is the second time at this branch where I asked for a shorter hair cut and then there was some odd conversation about ‘what would your husband think if you have shorter hair’? To me, it is inappropriate and tone deaf to ask a customer this question. We are not in the 1950, but 2020 in Glasgow. However I feel that Peggy did not have any bad intentions, and she did cut my hair shorter and maybe it was just conversation. Ineta asked me this question about my husband in January this year and I thought it was an excuse as she might not feel comfortable cutting short hair? But today I found myself in this conversation again. Just bizarre. (Sorry for this feedback but I felt bothered by this experience.)

Good feedback second: Peggy cut my hair beautifully. When I asked for it to be shorter she agreed to take some length off and I am really loving it. The shampoo smells lovely, and Peggy offered to use an organic shampoo as I am a bit allergic to some hair products.

Julia also cut my hair beautifully after the lockdown and it made me feel confident (and no bizarre conversations about my husband’s preferences of how I should look like).

Very professional and pleasant experience. She is the only person I trust to do my hair!

I think this lady was the owner , had a lovely chic bob! She took great care of me and really sorted my frizzy red hair out into a lovely sleek bob. Felt very clean and safe re covid.

Love going to get my hair done at T&G even in these uncertain times. Isabella is great as are all the staff and my hair always looks great. The new salon is beautiful and a really nice place to be. Price is great and my colour is always perfect. No complaints at all, really great hair salon ?‍♀️

Fabulous experience- Store was immaculate! Julia was lovely and I loved my haircut. If you could change the use of plastic protection that would be great, even give the customers an option to wear something they don’t mind getting covered in hair if they are only in for a cut n blow dry.

Jo is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, after many years of encouragement she gave me the confidence to try something new today and I’m so glad, she did an amazing job as always!

Super cut - felt like a million dollars.

From the moment you enter the salon you feel safe. I was offered a disposable mask as I was wearing a cloth one, just to save it being covered in hair, which I appreciated. June immediately put me at ease and we discussed what she was going to do. All in all, very pleased with the salon and haircut.

I had the best experience, everyone in there was so kind to me and very welcoming and accommodating. I got quite a dramatic cut and it was executed perfectly and it exactly what I wanted, it’s the best salon experience I’ve ever had by a country mile. My colour was done by Adele and she really took the time to make sure the colour was even and perfect, my hair was extremely damaged and had a lot of banding before had and you wouldn’t even know that now with how my colour had came out! It was even better than I thought it would be. A massive thank you to all the girls in there for really making my day!

Came in for my regular cut with Peggy and as ever it was a great experience. All the staff at Toni & Guy Glasgow make you feel right at home. Really enjoying the new massaged chairs and dimmed lighting at the shampoo sinks, really relaxing after a long day. My cut was perfect, Peggy always knows exactly what I want and in the years I’ve been coming I have never left feeling any less than elated with what an amazing job she has done. The extra level of care for keeping COVID safe is very reassuring, every detail has been considered including disposable towels, one use gowns and face masks provided. Looking forward to my next visit!

Lucie is a fantastic stylist who always takes time to understand exactly what you want to achieve, and she has meticulous attention to detail.

The new salon is stunning and spotlessly clean and the shiatsu massage chairs by the basins are a really nice touch.

Holy moly!! Bee Lyn toying with going blonde again for months and Julia totally let me take my time and all I can say is WOW!! looks really natural and tones in great have only shown 4 people and they all say I look younger and that I could be my own colour! Amazing Julia ya wee belter! And as always cut is cool and hides my psoriasis. Faultless!

Tony, Jo and the team are the best in Glasgow. I’ve never been disappointed with a haircut from them in over 15yrs. Have recommended to family and friends and they all agree on the friendly atmosphere and how pleased they are with their hair afterwards. If you are fed up with your current hairdresser then give this place a go!

I truly love getting my hair done by Julia, I go in with an idea of what I would like and Julia takes that idea and turns it into a masterpiece. I completely trust her and would never have anyone else touch my hair. My hair not only looks fabulous but also always feels so healthy after an appointment with Julia.
